About
White Oaks Country Club is carved from the mature pinelands of Newfield in south Jersey. Towering oak trees frame the golf course, separating each hole and giving each one a secluded feel. There are several challenges in store on this layout including massive strategically placed bunkers and water hazards, but it is also forgiving enough to accommodate beginners. The golf course does not have just one hole that it considers its signature but in fact, multiple holes. There is the par-5 seventh which stretches to a monstrous 621 yards and the par-4 ninth features a tricky second shot over water to a double green. These two challenging holes take advantage of the landscape's natural contours. The 17th is yet another signature hole, it has been voted the "toughest par 3 in South Jersey."

Greens unplayable . Tee boxes bad .
Worst condition course I have played in 5 yrs. Greens on front nine lost for the season . Tee boxes terrible shape .
Sad ….
Have played the course at least 50 times in the last 10 years - haven’t played it since moving to Florida 2 years ago -came back and was disappointed.
greens are absolutely horrible / half of the tee boxes had green something on it.
Bunkers ? - you mean water traps… and it hasn’t rained in over a week. I don’t know what’s going on there but it’s SAD !!!

Greens, fairways, and T Boxes in bad shape
The title says it all. The course is in very bad condition with some of the traps haven’t being raked in weeks from the looks of it. The fairways are mostly compacted dead grass and dirt. The greens were just aerated and were basically sand boxes.
I think it would benefit the course to have cart path only rules or just shut down the course for a month. The course was just unplayable in September of 2021.

Wonderful Course that went Downhill
This is one of my favorite courses to play but unfortunately the course conditions leave a lot to be desired. This is after taking into consideration it was late summer plus the amount of rain the area took in. Basically bare fairways and most of the greens are lost. Hopefully the course will rebound in 2022 but right now I would not recommend playing here.

No Surprise!
Well it didn't take long for this inept management team to screw another course up! This course has always been in very good shape. They got their greedy hands on Centerton and that went down hill after promising great improvements. So yes no surprise White Oaks is heading down the abyss of unplayable courses run my these morons who have no business running golf courses. The best part is they are foolish enough to think they are doing a good job and no one notices their complete inability to deliver a good golfing experience! You guys should be embarrassed and you should liquidate your interests in these fine layouts! Please do not buy any more properties in the South Jersey area...
Nothing to say I guess. Hard to defend your horrible track record. You guys would be fired if you worked for me.

We played on Monday The course was in very bad shape I wouldn’t recommend going to this year maybe try back next year if the grass starts growing again

Normally the course is in good shape but they lost all of the greens. Hopefully they will recover sooner then later

Absolutely disappointed
The greens were atrocious, fairways were. Decent but spotty sad areas on edge. Sand traps full of water and un maintained, tee boxes were ok but some heavy divits. Hole 10 was a tragedy must have been worst on whole course. Definitely not worth more the $35

Rough Shape
Course is in rough shape. Greens are very patchy, missing big areas of grass, most of the course along fairways are rough..

Worst course I’ve ever stepped on
This course was on pace to be one of the nicer golf courses in the south jersey area .. I’m not sure what happened but it’s in the worst shape of any course I’ve ever seen .. the course is completely lost and will likely have to close in the next few years .. no wonder there were 20 times available on a holiday Sunday morning and for only 35 at that.

Embarrassing upkeep
Greens uncut table not one person seen during the entire five hour round with any equipment to enhance the course,. Going south fast. Do not pay more than $25 to play this cow pasture!

Slow Course
Course conditions can be hit or miss at many South Jersey courses, so I won’t harp on how bad the tee boxes and greens were today. It is September after all and it has been a long summer. However, the pace of play here is terrible. 5 hours is the norm. Little to no policing of start times and spacing. On 10, you can often find new 4-somes in front you as it seems people jump around.
White Oaks is such a nice trip through the woods though that I have a hard time giving up on it. But with the price increases, deteriorating conditions and slow pace, I will stop here less often.
