White Oaks Country Club

I'm really tired of not just this course but allot of them not having drinking water out on course. Green fees have really increased in last year and courses could supply drinking water, especially on 104°real feel days.

The course was over all in good shape. The greens on the front nine had some grass missing and needed work but the greens on the back nine were in good shape.

I had a nice time playing with my Dad and the price for the weekend was good. That all being said, the course was not in the best shape. The bunkers were filled with water on nearly every hole, the greens were a bit sandy and quite bumpy, there was no water on the course on a hot day and yardage markers were hard to come by. The staff were great but I wish the course conditions could live up to that same standard.

First time today and loved it, will be back. Complaints about bunkers are legit but other than that found course in great condition, nice tee boxes smooth fairways. Very minor pace problems but nothing too awful for a Sunday in July. Very scenic and some good diverse holes. I’m not too experienced but the greens seemed pretty challenging and most holes were pretty interesting

Caught a deal on Golfnow for $29. It’s worth that but no more. Staff is friendly and the bar is a nice place to end the day. Course conditions are really bad. Some greens were sandy, tee boxes lumpy, lots of hard pan lies where grass should be, and most notably the bunkers are the worst in south jersey. Almost all them have huge puddles and if you hit a ball into them you better hope it’s on the edge of the puddle or you won’t find it. They need proper drainage installed and actual sand.

White Oaks is a nice local course with reasonable greens fees. It was 95 degrees today and was told there was no drinking water in the course, because of COVID restrictions. I found this disappointing, since every other course I’ve played for the last two months offers water coolers on multiple holes. My thought is…White Oaks is more interested in charging people $3 for a small bottle of water and using COVID restrictions as the excuse.

The course itself is fine, the greens were pretty soft and well on their way back after a recent aeration. We did, however, play a 5 hour round behind a 6-some. I was very surprised a 6-some was allowed out, and I’m a bit confused as to how that was ok considering the 6 players did not have low handicaps. The 6-some would likely take 5 hours but it’s just not enjoyable for a 4-some to follow. The bunkers all had water in them and we’re in disrepair like mentioned in other reviews. I’m sure they will get attention eventually but honestly the place should be much better than this review. I hope it gets there someday.

Greens on front nine are starting to go. No starter or carts available on a busy day leading to back ups.

Allowing groups of 6 (SIX) to hold up a busy day is ridiculous

Please get some yardage marked on the course.

Could be a great place with a little attention to detail.

I usually golf as a single so I run the risk of being paired with any type of person, I got paired with an older asian couple that were sharing a set of clubs? No english and could not play a lick of golf! 10-12 + shots each and no knowledge of edicate to be found, walking all over my line on the green and yelling at each other while I was ready to hit my shot.

As for the course there was no ranger at all, and the maintenance crew were blowing the plugs off the greens where they had partially punched the greens.

I really like this course and will go back as it is usually in great shape and well maintained.

Fairways are cut very short but also kept very soft. Hard to hit a ball off the fairway without taking the soft ground with you. They need to firm up a little bit for more consistent play.

Course was in the best shape I’ve ever seen it. Got a hot deal but even at the regular rate it is the one of the best deals around.

We played on June 10, mid-day for $38 including cart. It's a decent course for the price. The course has a decent layout with some good holes. Nothing crazy and no unfair holes. Pretty good shape and good greens. The biggest drawback is that it's very tight and most fairways are generally not generous. I'm sure that's why it's not very long from the white tees. Again it's a decent little course and a good value.
