About
White Oaks Country Club is carved from the mature pinelands of Newfield in south Jersey. Towering oak trees frame the golf course, separating each hole and giving each one a secluded feel. There are several challenges in store on this layout including massive strategically placed bunkers and water hazards, but it is also forgiving enough to accommodate beginners. The golf course does not have just one hole that it considers its signature but in fact, multiple holes. There is the par-5 seventh which stretches to a monstrous 621 yards and the par-4 ninth features a tricky second shot over water to a double green. These two challenging holes take advantage of the landscape's natural contours. The 17th is yet another signature hole, it has been voted the "toughest par 3 in South Jersey."

One time in May 2025
No rangers - no course management
4some in front was terribly slow and should have let us play through

White Oaks is tight but worth every dollar on GolfNow
For some at my skill level:
Tricky greens. If you don't play the course regularly the greens will frustrate though they roll beautifully. Course conditions were very good. Lots of tighter lies from the fairway even though the fairways were grown in. There isn't much ball prop upward when on the fairway and the ground is a little hardish.....Draw with irons tougher to hit here. Go up one club and swing easy.
Weekend/Holiday golfers all over. Long round but great weather.
Will be back.
Fair
Course was in fair condition. Most of the bunkers had standing water. Food has doubled in price.
the Greens are in great shape
The course still needs some improvement on the fairways, but the greens were in great shape. true and fast.
Always a good time!
White Oaks is my go-to course. Very enjoyable. Super relaxing. No crowds.
Rainy day.
Greens were very slow from the rain but in good condition otherwise. Some standing water on the course but we had a lot of rain the night before and day of.
Nice Course. Good Value
Great value! Course was very nice. Greens were great. Fairways good but a little spotty in areas you would expect to be good - i.e. middle of fairway. You need to hit it fairly straight on most holes as it can be a little tight compared to open courses. Pace was ok. The foursome in front of us were a little slow but probably only by about 25 minutes total, which was noted on the electronic score screen in the cart.

the cart navigation system is extremely annoying.
it constantly keeps beeping and shuts the cart down
if you are in a unauthorized area of the fairway.
the person who designed the system should be
fired. no other golf course has such a system.

Not to shabby
This is my first time on the course and to be fair I am very new at golf and is only the 3rd course I’ve been on. I had a good time and would definitely go back. Could use a little maintenance but overall a very good time.

Greens and fairways are in great shape
Played yesterday and was very impressed with speed and conditions of all the greens
Balls everywhere
You know a course is tough when you find each fairway littered with balls from adjacent holes. The course is very unforgiving but a fun challenge. Be prepared to punch out of the woods, unless you’re a scratch golfer or cheater. Greens are in great shape, but had lots of debris. Only issue was the course marshal who insisted we pick up the pace of play after we stopped to grab hotdogs and beer at the turn, although the group behind us had also stopped and there was no backup.
