Lovely Course
A lovely Course with challenging greens and approaches, plenty of water hazards that feel fair but challenging.
Balcarrick
5 holes closed. No signage . Temporary Tee Box's.
All greens Sanded. Putting was hit and hope for the best. Only played on because we were told we couldn't get our money back because it was pretty paid on APP.
Lovely course
Balcarrick is a great course in great condition. It's a pleasure to play and is very fair. I love the drivable par 4 to start both 9s. I can't fault this course in any way.
I will be back soon.
Beautiful course
Despite giving up after 10 holes due to the terribly slow pace of play, I loved this course and definitely will be back. Quite different from what you might expect of a course so close to the sea. Has a parkland feel albeit with quite a bit of water to contend with. Greens were in terrific condition for the time of year as were the tee boxes. Holes were a good challenge for a high handicapper. Look forward to my next visit when there aren't belligerent old boys playing at a snail's pace!
