Great course but unplayable.

Course was closed when we arrived pending a review.

We teed off 10 minutes late which was fine.

Tee mats are great.

Unfortunately there was so much standing water on the greens putting was impossible.

Will definitely be back but only in the spring or summer.

Hidden Gem!

Loved everything about his place from the reachable Par 4 1st through to all the different holes which each presented a different challenge and something to think about. A mix of lengths and dogleg. Fairways were in great condition despite the dry weather we've had for months, and the greens were immaculate. Great bar with a choice of draught drinks and lovely outdoor seating area. Well stocked clubshop. Will definitely be back and am tempted to join!

Tee boxes a bit bare,fairways fine & the greens very good.The only real criticism is of the confusion regarding the 16th & 17th fairways crossing each other where one of our 4 ball had a little altercation with another group who were playing the 16th when we were playing the 17th.Despite this we had a great day where we found the staff all very welcoming & friendly & we would definitely play here again.

Well kept course

Given the ongoing heatwave, the course, and especially the greens, were very green and vibrant.

Nice guys at the Pro Shop and behind the bar. Got a sandwich and a drink to take round with me for a very reasonable price.

Overall, a very pleasant day out and if I lived closer, I'd go again. Definitely one to recommend in the area, especially if you don't fancy paying the prices slightly further up the hill
