Course looking good
This course gets better every time I play here. They are really working on fixing the course. The greens in particular have come a long way.
What happened?
Played here a couple months ago and liked it. WOW! How could it get this bad this fast.
Fairways dirt and weeds. A bit better on back nine, but still poor. Greens weren't bad.
It'll take a lot of great reviews over some time to consider going back.
Needs some TLC
Really enjoy the layout of this course but there’s just too much bare sand in the fairways. A couple of the tee boxes had no grass while others were uneven and difficult to find level ground. We won’t be back for several weeks and hope when we do, the conditions improve.
Left early
Layout is pretty good. Greens in real good shape. Fairways need a lot of work. Washed out areas and bare dirt in several places.
This course has a lot of character.
We absolutely enjoyed playing this course. Other than the fairways being a little damaged from drought, it is a wonderful course. I am 65 and the senior tees seem a little short and the white tees are a little to long for me to enjoy. I still look forward to playing it again.
Excellent value at a course near a resort area.
Good course in playable ckndjtions at a good price. Ourse is well cared for, smooth greens even a few hills Only 10 minutes from Crystal River resort area. Great value.

Start’s fault
Starter let large group go before their time, so we could not tee off on time and had to wait and wait behind group. Shame on starter
Beautiful Course
Of the 5 courses I've played in the last month, this course was in the best playing condition despite the lack of rain. There was only a couple of times that I didn't have grass to hit off. Nice layout
Back 9 the best
Front 9 has sparse fairways and very hilly, back nine much better fairways and not so hilly, like playing 2 different courses. For $25 we were okay with it. Maybe summer rain will bring the front 9 back.
Good layout
Course has a good layout, nice undulating holes w/ good elevation, greens in good shape, little to no grass on the fairways which is a bummer for me, at times I had to move the ball 30-40 feet to find a small clump of crabgrass to hit off of otherwise your basically hitting ur approach shot from an un-natural sandtrap. Pace of play & the gent I got paired up with made the day for me. Regardless of the conditions. Carts are gas so no problems there.
