The entire course with the exception of some greens was not kept up
Getting better
Tees and greens are much better, fairways still rough and dry. Desperately need rain to green-up the fairways.
Pace of play was excellent.
Cow pasture comes to mind
I've played this course probably 6 times in the past 5 years. The condition of the course was beyond horrible. Tee boxes had ruts and most didn't have grass, fair roughs were atrocious, greens had recently been aerated so I'll cut them a break there. Seen many courses in this condition go out of business, I wouldn't be surprised to see this one go belly up as well and that's a shame because it was one of the areas best values and that's a shame.
Course has gone to weeds
I could see were one upon a time this course was probably beautiful, unfortunately it has been let go. Fairways and tee boxes were nothing but dirt and weeds. The greens were not too bad. I definitely wouldn’t recommend playing here. Even with the hot deal it wasn’t worth the money. I don’t have any clue where the higher ratings came from. This was a complete waste of money.
Been let go
I could see once where this was a very pretty course, unfortunately they’ve let it go. Fairways and tee boxes are weeds and dirt. Greens are not too bad. I wouldn’t recommend playing here. Even with the hot deal we felt it was a waste of money. I don’t know where all the higher ratings came from because this course needs a lot of work.
Fun to play
Dog leg lefts are the best feature. Tee boxes need word, rest of course is good. Watch your reads on the greens.
Nice course
Most fairways are in good shape, greens are nice. It’s a good value when booked through GolfNow. Walk-in price is a little too high.
