This is a great track that is undergoing renovations. It's only gettin better and definitely one of the best courses in NYC out of all the city munis.

Solid course, just be aware of construction

5* overall from me because construction is temporary, but I do think golfers should be aware of construction in progress. On 4/15, the 6th hole is completely closed for construction. It's replaced by a weird (not well signed) temp setup where the normal 18th tee plays into an afterthought green next to the 18th fairway as the fill in *6th" hole (you still play it after 17), and a temp tee on the 18th fairway plays into 18, at about 200 yards.

Great course and I'll probably still continue to play it sometimes during construction, and I won't penalize it with a low rating, but just be aware.

Great course but currently under maintenance

Great course but currently under maintenance at hole #17 & #18 as of 3/28/2025. Staff is great and the conditions were good until you get to hole #17. The 17th hole was temporarily moved. The course was setup up that you play both #17 & #18 on #18. The work appears to be almost complete. Nonetheless, great time and I would still definitely recommend visiting the course, even with the maintenance.
