Excellent and friendly and helpful in the golf shop
Milford Haven
Played here first weekend in Nov on a Sun at 11 o’clock.
On arrival the staff were very friendly and informative.
The course was in great condition
Bar staff and members in the club after were very welcoming
Great days golf at a great price
In need of TLC
Poor layout long links to holes, poorly signed
Got caught behind a tournament which went to playoff
The official in the blue shirt and guessing county tie was exceptionally rude
Luckily we will not be back
Milford Round
The course is struggling with recovering from the rain and poor weather!! The course layout is good and pro shop was great.
Lovely course but pace of play very slow
It is a lovely, well maintained course and the conditions were excellent given the recent weather. It is a long course, but well laid out and enjoyable to play. The only negative was that our round (a four ball) took 5 hours to complete due to the pace of play by the group in front of us. We caught them up at the third hole and then had to wait for them at every subsequent hole.
Some great holes and friendly welcome.
Highly recommend. We will be going back. Some great holes especially 3 of the par 3’s. Really good value. Friendly staff. Interesting and challenging course.
Amazing Course
Book for my friend and I to play at an 8:30am tee time.
We arrived at 8am and spotted 2 staff entering the pro shop locking it behind them with a closed sign on the door.
My friend and I went to the driving nets to warm up and spotted a member of staff leaving the pro shop, by the time I heading back to the car park, he had vanished. Then at around 8:20am we heading back to the pro shop…still closed, in fact everything was closed.
So we had no score card or instructions on playing the course, we were disappointed….but the course it self was AMAZING!
I understand it was a Bank Holiday Monday but don’t advertise tee times and charge if all the amenities are going to be closed.
Worse golf course I've ever played. Totally disjointed.and in a very poor condition.
Well worth a visit
If you’re in the area it’s well worth a visit. Not the longest course and a couple of the greens have seen better days but a good mix of interesting holes, a couple of really nice par 3’s and lovely views.
Decent course
Tee boxes small and in poor condition.
Fairways fine, greens good.
No food or drink (played on a Monday in August).
Pro very informative and helpful with the layout. Little slow as following 2 groups of 4 so unlucky really.
