San Carlos is in great shape.

The staff are super friendly and the Ranger is around making sure everyone is moving along.

We were a foursome and we finished in about 4hrs 10 min.

I was pleasantly surprised at how well maintained the course is, particularly the greens. The San Carlos website is spot on when touting the overall value of this course being top notch. I look forward to my next round here!

My buddy and I went last Friday afternoon to enjoy a round of golf. We checked 2 radars and one said that rain would hold off another one said rain would hit us in about 1 hour. We decided to play since it looked clear. As soon as we get to the 3rd hole we saw that rain was going to hit us pretty bad. We decided to go in. As soon as we got into the clubhouse it began to storm and the clubhouse had lost power. We asked if we could get a rain check since we only played 2 holes. The guy at the desk pulled out a sign from the other side of the counter tahowing no rain checks after 2pm. Sign was not visible from where the customer stands. Customer service was horrible and they could have at least gave us a couple of free holes to play. Probably not going back

Fun challenging course. Well maintained. Friendly helpful starter.

When i first moved to the Fort Myers area, San Carlos was one of the few courses available for public play. I always enjoyed the layout but it 2as never in good condition. I had heard new management & course conditions had improved dramatically. I saw it with my own eyes yesterday. Tee to green the course was immaculate. Well worth the going rate regardless of season.
