Summer 2021 Review
Course has improved a great deal since my last visit. Greens were in good nick. As were the fairways.
‘chairperson’
Everything about the round was great except for the ‘chairperson’ who ran out to my son and I on the first teebox thinking we were sneaking out asking me for our names. I was given some BS story that he was looking for some random person, extremely unprofessional.
I might add all of the other staff in Oughterard golf club are very friendly and helpful

Nice parkland course. Always enjoy playing here. Quite long although no overly difficult holes
Great course in top condition all around would highly recommend.
The addition of the 2 extra par 5's since i last played this course have now made it a very enjoyable and golfer friendly course. Greens in excellent condition . Will most certainly be back.

Highly recommended.
About 29 minutes from Galway city. Really enjoyed our round. Started early so no hold ups. Greens and fairways in fine shape and staff all friendly towards us. Didn't heve an opportunity to eat but a oleasent waitress made sure we got our cappuccino before we went.
Be ack for sure, next time in the area.
Great course
Great course, friendly staff and atmosphere around the clubhouse. Played on the 31st of October after alot of rain fall course well drained and maintained and top conditions for this time of year. Also great food.
Great conditions. Lived this course
Both my playing partner and I played better on the front nine....the back nine felt more challenging but the course was in fantastic condition, especially considering how wet it has been this season. Also lose my putter head cover and it was returned while we were having dinner in clubhouse.
