Great Course
Of the 4 or 5 courses my wife and I play in the St Lucie-Stuart area (three of which are Fazio designs) this is by far the best maintained. The greens and fairways are in great shape and the traps have sufficient amounts of sand. Everything here speaks of a successful golf club operation.
Great Course w 3 Hour Round
I have been playing the courses in the Stuart area for the past few years. This was the first time I played Lost Lakes and it was great. Course condition was wonderful as was the pace of play. Be sure to hit it straight and you will have no problems. If you hit it off line just bring plenty of balls,as you will have a hard time finding yours in the rough.
Great staff and a great course. I'll be back.
Great time
First time playing here, really enjoyed it. Staff super friendly, pace of play was good. Greens were soft enough to attack the pin, but still rolled fast. Interesting layout keeps you engaged. Challenging track, but a really fun course
Beautiful course.
Beautiful course, immaculate conditions and very friendly and helpful staff. Thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. We will be back.
Greens
I love this course and have played it for years but the condition of the greens make the course unplayable. I'll be back when the greens recover.
Best Course in Port St. Lucie Area bar none..
A greens superintendent mentioned that I should try this course..I played it this morning and it was immaculate. From Tee boxes to Greens this could not have been any better. Highly reccommended for any level I played the blacks and it was all I could handle..
Love this Course - Don't tell anyone
A little off the beaten path but well worth it. People who play it call it a hidden gem and I can see why. This is a Fazio course and can be very challenging. I played from 2nd longest tees and thought it was a nice challenge. Greens, fairways and tees in great condition. Scenic views and we played early so pace was great. About 3:15 with 3 guys. I played 5 courses in 4 days and this was the best. Others I played in order of preference were Madison Greens, Palm Aire-Cypress, Champions Summerfield and Heron Bay. Wasn't looking to spend a lot of money so all the courses were in the $50-$60 range with afternoon rates about half. Make the trip if close by, you will like it.
Very nice course
We played Saturday July 19th 2014. We went as a twosome and the starter paired us with another twosome. No problem (most golfers are great people). We played in about 3 hours and 15 minutes and enjoyed the course very much. It is a challenge but not punishing for bad shots. Great course can't wait to play again.
Very nice!
Course was in beauiful shape...an excellent choice for anyone looking to play in this area. It gets lots of play, but fairways and greens were in great shape. Very good value for the money.
Don't tell anyone
I hesitate to review this course as it is, by far, one of the best secrets around. The course is always in great shape, the surrounding grounds are beautifully landscaped and maintained, the course is challenging and the staff is outstanding.
This is one of the best managed and maintained public courses in southern Florida. After playing 18 holes on a fantastic golf day the starter came by asked us , by name, if we enjoyed our round and please come back. How many courses has that ever happened to you? Lets just keep this secret to ourselves.
