About
Located just a few miles south of Oxford, Indian Ridge Golf Club sprawls across rolling countryside sprinkled with walnut and cedar trees. It's the only course around for miles, making it the default favorite for local golfers but it's also popular for the affordable rates. The location provides peaceful seclusion as well as idyllic scenery. The golf course has a classic design with plenty of variety, giving it appeal for players of all skill levels. Water hazards and bunkers come into play throughout the course, often making for difficult approaches. Indian Ridge Golf Club stretches to just over 7,000 yards from the back tees. There are some holes that will please long hitters and risk-reward opportunities that will test advanced players, but the design is still player friendly enough for high handicappers.

Still one of my favorite courses
This is still one of my favorite courses, but the pace of play was awful. It moved ok on the front 9, but on the back 9 we had a group on the green, one on the fairway, and 2 on the tee. No rangers were visible and the waits were excruciating. The course seems to have summered ok but there were some bad spots in the rough.

Great day.
It’s August. It’s dry and hot. But the groundskeepers are doing a phenomenal job keeping this track in shape. I was blessed with great ballstriking today and had my best round of the last 3-4 years. Made 2 birdies and played 12 straight holes without a bogey. Greens were in great shape and fast and fair. Meaning if you hit a good shot they held. If you hit a good putt it rolled true. Rough was pretty dried out so you could get a good bit of spin from the 1st cut of rough. Hit 10 fairways today so most of my approach shots were in the short grass. Will play again here soon. Best kept track I’ve been on this year.
Great course layout
Played for first time . Great layout , course cinditios awesome. Greens rolling very nicely . Back nine harder then the front . Score early back challenging .
Great Venue at a Great Price
Indian Ridge is a great facility to visit if you are looking to enjoy a great fun-filled day on the links. The staff will make you feel truly welcomed at their course and offer everything you could need to make the day a pleasure.
I highly reccommend this venue to everyone who appreciates the game of golf and others of like mindedness.
one of southwest Ohio"s best
My group and I have played many courses throughout southwest Ohio and Indian Ridge is at the top of our list.
We find the course always in excellent condition because it is well taken care of. Their maintenance crew does an excellent job and is very friendly. They recently added new sand to the bunkers and they are always in good condition, The course has a good mix of holes and tee boxes to accommodate all levels of golfer. The clubhouse staff is also very friendly and accommodating. All protocols for the Covid 19 situation are strictly followed. I highly recommend this course for golfers of any level!
Love this course!
Links style course with rolling hills, elevation changes, nice greens and plenty of sand. An extremely picturesque course. I would recommend this course to anyone who loves golf and God's country.
Great challenge!
Get your birdies on the front 9 and hang on for the back for a low overall score. Back nine is strategic.
Nice track with a few frustrating blind shots.
What Covid?
Outside, Golf is a great way to have fun and be naturally "socially distant. But in the clubhouse and in the restaurant and in the pro-shop, there is an international health crisis going on and absolutely no one was wearing a mask. People were sitting in groups as close together a normal. I doubt they were all in the same family. Not employees were wearing masks - not in the pro shop, not in the bar, not anywhere. Outside, I could understand. And I'm sure the carts were properly sanitized, etc. I even paid online so all I had to do was use the bathroom and check in, but I won't go back unless there are changes.

The Course was in good condition... The greens were very good... Had my best round of golf.... The cost to play was very good...
Great Course to Enjoy Over and Over
I've played this course three times already this season! The course presents a nice challenge. Lots if elevation changes and tee shot landing areas that make you think about club selection. The course has been in great shape each time I've visited. I'd highly recommend going to Indian Ridge.
Great layout, condition and staff. The only negative is I have seen groups of 6 or more playing together which drastically slows the speed of play. Not sure whether it is being allowed or they just aren’t policing it? Need a ranger out on the course more. Otherwise the condition of the course has drastically improved over the last few years under newer ownership
I am as concerned as the reviewer about taking precautions due to Covid. However, I consider his 2-star rating unfair given his other ratings for the course.
