A nice track
You get what you pay for. Haven't been here in a while but not much has changed. The course is in playable condition but not great. Like playing here when you get a good deal on GolfNow.
Chiefland is Worth The Drive!
I have gone over to play at the Chiefland Golf and Country Club several times with friends from Gainesville. The course is in pretty good condition, the greens are nice, the fairways are in good shape, the layout is fun, it's well-drained with no boggy spots, and the people are always welcoming. Chiefland is a good facility at a great price. I recommend it!
Best course around for the price and course conditions
I play here 3 to 4 times a week i've never had a bad time there.
Staff is very friendly nice. All the members are also so nice. I've played with a few of them whether you're alone or with a foresome, you're never pushed and never waiting hardly at all

$25 The fairways were spotty 50/50
Condition between dirt and some
Grass. Greens were in decent shape.
There is no guarantee on tee time!!! You can have 30-50 show up at 8am and it’s a log jam

I've been playing this course for the last six years.It's done nothing but get better.And better greens are immaculate

Fun course
I've golfed here many times, and it's always a good time. The layout is great. Currently it is very dry, and not in the best shape, but still playable.
Affordable, have returned year after year.
The course is an uncomplicated track. Very playable for mid to high handicappers. Very walkable but walking not permitted until later on in the day. All the courses here in mid-Feb 26 are suffering drought effects.

Great greens , tees are showing the high usage. But the course is great and the people are fantastic!
