Nice layout. For $125 expected a little better.

Staff friendly at bag drop and pro shop.

The drought probably hasn’t helped the course,

Dormant Bermuda fairways with patchy grass.

Greens were slow and bumpy hadn’t been mowed or rolled in several days.

Stopped at turn for hotdog, none were ready and it would take at least 5 minutes. Didnt want to wait.

Pace of play was very good, got around in under 4 hours.

There are better options in area for price.

The price it getting a bit much. I am having a hard time being able to get friend to come and play , as the price is stopping them to come play.

I hadn’t been to Magnolia in a few years and while I thought the overall experience was a good value fit the Hot Deal price, the course was in rough shape. The fairways were very dry with little grass, the greens and tee boxes were better but still not up no to the standards for this course.

The course layout is good but at $165 US, the course is way over priced. Similar courses would be $60-80. I would not recommend this course at these prices.

We paid $145 plus tax per person. I thought this was pricey for the conditions and course layout. The tee boxes and fairways were very rough, yes I'm sure the dry weather has something to do with the conditions but more irrigation would help. Greens were fury and bumpy make it hard to make putts. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Pace of play was a little slow as we had to wait on several shots. After our round went into the pub for a beer and a bite, was able to order drinks but not food as the kitchen closed at 5:30. That was a bit disappointing. Overall we had a good day but probably won't be back to play.

The course was in good to very good condition considering the prolonged dry weather. We did notice that some of the greens were a little slow which is unusual for this course

Pricey in season, course is in great shape considering the drought. 14th green is in better shape than the reviews say. I would play again but not necessarily for the in season price.

The day was cold and windy but we had a great time. I was really impressed with the golf cart and the display in the cart that shows you the distance of your upcoming shot. I had a couple of friends here on vacation and they were very happy with the course and the community as well.

I was very disappointed with the condition of the course. Especially for the price of $163 for green fees. The course was very dried out and the greens not all, but some of them were patchy and very dry.

Water on every hole, very fair course. Course was in great shape. Will definitely go back!

Awesome place for the $ .. gps on carts, very challenging and with fast greens will challenging pin placement! I would 100% be back, thanks!!
