70 degree windy day brought out a crowd, 5 hour round. Area drought made course a little dry.

Pace of play would be improved if management changed tee time intervals from 8 to 10 minutes.

Had a great day playing ML. The layout is challenging but fair, greens are fast and roll true, and although the course needs rain, it is in very good shape. I would definitely play it again.

This course is in good condition. Staff is very friendly. New golf carts are a plus! Definitely recommend playing here.

Course was great , good conditions and true greens VERY friendly and accommodating staff , would recommend . Price only gets a little steep if your renting clubs . Other then that course was worth it 100%

Great layout. I am a 19 handicap and found the course challenging but fair. Many sets of tees to choose from depending on your skill level.

Staff was amazing. They made the day an experience instead of just a round of golf.

Liked the course but a few of the greens are a bit rough especially the 14th green which is not in good shape at all.

There was four of us and we had a wonderful day, starting with how easy it was to book and then being greeted by the the staff at the bag drop. They were very helpful making sure we knew exactly where to go and assisted us in picking the right tees for our skill level. The course was challenging but yet fair. Pace of play was perfect. we tee off early afternoon and were never worried about finishing in 4 hours or less. I would recommend this course for it's layout, price and customer service. First time playing. The layout is really strange. For the most part short holes that are made difficult by having carries over water and lots of hazards in all the landing areas. You would hit a great tee shot on the side of fairway, just to have it roll into the water that encroched the fairway behind a berm you couldn't see (had that on a couple of holes). The greens were not in great shape, with several under repair and one even fully overgrown with fungus. It was a frustrating day for not just me, but our entire foursome. Cart person stopped coming around at 2:30 or 3, which was tough on a hot day. On the positive, the staff could not have been friendlier and more helpful. Really great. Also, for a public course, the pace of play was quite good. We waited on a couple of holes, but finished in about 4hrs and 15 mins.

It took 1 hour to finish the first 3 holes. Sat on the 5th tee box waiting for the group in front of us to tee off. Ranger came by and told US to pick up the pace. We told him we were waiting on every shot, but he didn't believe us. We had to convince him to drive up ahead and check it out. By the time we finished nine it was over 2 1/2 hours and the 10th T box was backed up. Quit playing after 9. Never coming back.

We play here almost every week in season; the conditions are excellent even though we have had very little rain. There are always workers on the course maintaining and beautify it. All of the people that work here are amazing; from the people that help getting you set up when you arrive to the staff in the dining room

If you are looking for a great place to golf and be treated extremely well this is the course for you!

As I travel around the country and play different courses, I never play the same course twice during one trip. Magnolia Landing was an exception. I was only in Ft. Meyers for a few days and I had such a great experience during my initial round, that I booked it two days later and played again. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and you can tell that they understand that the experience of the customer is more important than the prestige of the course. The conditions were excellent with receptive greens and fairways that provided a decent amount of roll. Brand new carts added to the overall experience and pace of play was perfect. For $100...it was a bargain. Not an overly difficult layout. Range balls are complimentary at the practice range, which was a nice touch.

The course is nice with a very fair lay out. .Staff is great from the bag guys to the front desk and including the starter and the rangers. Liked the facilities including water and bathroom stations very clean and made the slow play that is standard with public courses very tolerable.

As a single, I always appreciate when a course makes me feel welcomed. The people here do just that. The course was in pretty good shape and I liked the layout. Some narrow fairways and plenty of ways to get in trouble, but generally fair. Play was a little slow, but probably just the group in front of us as opposed to generally.
