Great course.
The course is in great shape however the pace of play was not great. No ranger to be seen to keep things moving. When there’s 3 groups on a par 3 and sometimes 4 groups on a par 4 something is wrong. Telling the beverage cart person 3 times didn’t make a difference. Would have hoped that she would have reported back to the pro shop or starter.

Great time
The course is in better shape than the last couple times I’ve played it. I showed up at 645am for a 730 tee time and was greeted by the cart guys who were amazing. They were helpful and friendly. It’s a great course for the money but you better be a decent golfer. There are some tight tee shots.

Just poor
Sad this course has just been neglected for 3/4 yrs now. The tee box grass was 2”-3” deep making it hard to hit anything other than driver. Basically like the rough. Some areas of the fairways and rough blended together. Other areas were bare dirt. Some greens rolled well. Some others were poor. This course needs a complete overhaul of owners, managers, and grounds crew.

Course was in great shape It was a hot and humid day but there was water and ice available and also cold towels for a little relief from the heat

Magnolia landing
This course is always well taken care of. From the drive back to the course thru the drive out of the community always a pleasure. The rangers not only try to keep pace of play up but offer iced towels to help combat the heat. Also offered a water if we needed one on the fairway. The staff trust to be sure you are enjoying your time even if your round is not going the way you want. I will be back to this course.
