Greens under repair in spots. Inconsistent roll throughout. Nice track otherwise

Staff and service was excellent. Course was in pretty good shape other than a couple greens being repaired in small spots. Definitely would play again.

As always the course and staff are exceptional. My only concern was on this date they had a outing in front that backed the whole course up 5 hours for a round is a bit much. They had 200 rounds on this date but management can't budget for a ranger. Disappointed but will return.

Fun course to play. You have to think about every shot. The only thing holding it back were the very shaggy greens.

Love the layout of this course! Staff were super friendly and conditions were great given the severe drought. Will be back again soon.

Greens very slow. Course generally dry and not irrigated, including around greens with many many areas dry with dead/dormant grass. Right next to the green!! They say it is because of reduced rain but other courses in the area address that issue by irrigating!!! Frankly a rip off at $125. Go somewhere else.

Nice layout. For $125 expected a little better.

Dormant Bermuda fairways with patchy grass.

Greens were slow and bumpy hadn’t been mowed or rolled in several days.

Stopped at turn for hotdog, none were ready and it would take at least 5 minutes. Didnt want to wait.

Pace of play was very good, got around in under 4 hours.

There are better options in area for price.

The price it getting a bit much. I am having a hard time being able to get friend to come and play , as the price is stopping them to come play.

I hadn’t been to Magnolia in a few years and while I thought the overall experience was a good value fit the Hot Deal price, the course was in rough shape. The fairways were very dry with little grass, the greens and tee boxes were better but still not up no to the standards for this course.

The course layout is good but at $165 US, the course is way over priced. Similar courses would be $60-80. I would not recommend this course at these prices.

We paid $145 plus tax per person. I thought this was pricey for the conditions and course layout. The tee boxes and fairways were very rough, yes I'm sure the dry weather has something to do with the conditions but more irrigation would help. Greens were fury and bumpy make it hard to make putts. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Pace of play was a little slow as we had to wait on several shots. After our round went into the pub for a beer and a bite, was able to order drinks but not food as the kitchen closed at 5:30. That was a bit disappointing. Overall we had a good day but probably won't be back to play.
