Very friendly staff. Course was in pretty good shape. Greens had been aerated but were recovering nicely.

In spite of the fact that we need a lot of rain here, Magnolia Landing has kept their fairways and greens well watered and in great shape. There’s a few dry spots. But generally, the majority of times that you hit the fairway you’re on some good thick grass.

The course was in excellent condition, and all the employees that I encountered were extremely helpful and friendly

The course is at the end of aeration recovery. Still playable. The staff was very attentive and friendly. They brought iced towels around to players and had a drink cart

Three of us enjoyed a fantastic round at Magnolia Landing! 3 hours of ready golf made a speedy pace and great rythum! We are looking forward to another great round at Magnolia Landing!

Rough was aerated, several greens had issues. Sand was scattered to help, but maybe the drought was causing issues. Speed on greens varied drastically

Good layout and the course was in good condition other than a couple of greens that were rough.

Interesting layout - no two holes alike. Pretty good shape for late spring/early summer. $29 net cost a great value. No gps on the carts so bring your range finder. Greens in good shape but s-l-o-w. Never tuned those in. Good hazards, nice bunkers with decent sand. Lots of water but easily avoided if you have a decent swing

I like playing at Magnolia Landing. The greeters and cart guys are friendly and can address any questions getting started. The course offers different sets of tees for all levels. The course has a fair amount of water and playing positional shots is key. The course is in good shape and offers many amenities from restroom areas to cold wet towels. A driving range, chipping and putting greens come with your green fees.
