Very nice course, greens had been areated so greens not 100%, previous play thought greens could have been a bit better. Depending what tees you use can vern be difficult. First time play is difficult based on blind shots near water.

Layout...
This course is in good shape both fairways abd greens. Layout of holes us kinda different. It appears it has been changed somewhere along the line. Just a little odd....

Construction is loud and too close to course.. hopefully they can recreate natural look and feel.

From our friendly reception as soon as we pulled up to saying goodbye we thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our golf at Magnolia Landing GC. The staff are awesome and knowledgeable. The course was challenging but fair, in great condition and the greens were fun to figure out......thanks to Bill for the tips.

The course was really dry. The ball off the tee just ran and ran. The greens couldn’t hold the ball on your approach shot. The back nine was much better than front.
