DAMAGED GREENS - RANGERS
SEVERAL GREENS WERE DAMAGED BY GREENSKEEPER OR PRIOR WEATHER ISSUES.
RANGERS WERE VERY ZEALOUS AND AFTER 8 HOLES WE WERE 2 MINUTES BEHIND PACE AND REQUESTED THAT WE PICK UP THE PACE AT 9, 10, 13 AND AGAIN AT 14.
I WOULD SAY THE COUSRE IS ABOUT A $70 TO $80 PER ROUND COURSE.

Rangers
Rangers seem a bit over the top. #1 tee backed up and went off about 8 minutes late from original tee time. Ranger on course asked our group multiple times to pick up our pace even though we were waiting to hit every shot.
Decent course that is over priced and the rangers ruined my round.

decent track, slow pace of play
Good enough course layout, but local knowledge is a must. Many hidden hazards you cant see from tee box, etc
Ranger on course but still had an almost 5 hour round on a Tuesday, not good folks!!

Not worth the time or money
It took 2and one half hours to play 9 holes. At one point,5 groups visible between 7th tee and 8th green. Despite call to Pro Shop,. no Ranger dispatched. .Pro shop closed before 5 PM when I went there to discuss situation.Totally unacceptable for a Club that charges over a hundred dollars for an afternoon round.I would never go bac.

What the heck happened
A lot has changed:
Significant price increase for a course with heavy construction. Greens and fairways not up to par.
Prices are up everywhere in Florida, so i get it but c'mon put some elbow grease into your or drop price until your clean the place up.
Took out of town guest, embarrassing.

Not as good as in the past
Course conditions were not as good as in the past. Nice layout. A little over priced for the condition. Friendly staff and nice pace of play

Very enjoyable
Course has a great layout. Challenges you to be shot selective. The golf staff were very welcoming and friendly. Enjoyed the round from start to finish.

Magnolia 2.19
Played here in January and the course was in very good condition. This time the greens were bumpy and some greens had been repaired with new turf in spots. The fairways were getting bare in some spots also. Realize we are in the dry season now but they are still asking top dollar to play. so conditions should be in in top shape.
