Overall, would definitely play here again for the cost. One negative, the bar in the clubhouse should be open before 11:00am on a SATURDAY. The starter advised a beverage cart would be around, but that doesn’t help when you want a soda or a snack and have to see the cart girl at the 5th hole.. Everyone was very nice.

Might have rates higher if it was not so dry on the course.

I enjoyed Magnolia Landing. Course is in pretty good shape. The greens were a little slow, but true. I'll be back!

I love this course, however mostly every fairway was dried out brown. Greens were ok , but lots of sand on them . Staff was awesome

The course was in good condition. We had a lot of fun again. It's always worth playing this course.

We have played Magnolia several times over the past years. Saturday play was undoubtedly the worst time ever on this course. Granted its been a busy season so the course is pretty much beat up, hard pan and the Florida roll can be an asset. However, something needs to be done on assigning tee times along with a ranger out on the course keeping groups moving. We were behind two 4 man groups that had 3 holes wide open in front of the first group! The group in front of us were taking two shots each off the tee box as they were all over the course. Players were on top of one another on almost every tee box, Our tee time was 1:42 - due to this we completed our round at 6:15 PM. The ranger should have taken the initiative to instruct these players to pick up and move on if not par or biggie. Sadly we will miss Magnolia. It was a struggle to hang in for a 5 hour plus round due to the inconsideration of the players with no intervention by the course management.

This is one of my favorite courses in this area. Love the layout. Greens were perfect. Fairways a bit burned out, but the area is in a drought condition so this is not on the course. That’s the good news. The bad is the starter, at least the one I ran into. I showed up as a single on a Hot Deal. I told the starter who I was and went to the practice range. While there a see a foursome go off. Then a single. Then a twosome. So I approach the starter and ask if he wants me paired with anyone. He says “no”. I point to the twosome and say “don’t you want to pair me with them?” He replies “No they play fast”. I shrug and go out. The course immediately backs up. The foursome is not letting the single through. The twosome in front of me plays two holes gets tired of waiting and disappears, (I run into them in the back). The single wants to play alone. Another single catches me and asks to play through to join his friend the single in front of me. I tell him go ahead. But he does not join the guy. I ask what’s going on, he tells me his friend is playing different tees. My reply….”so what?” After 3 1/2 hours on front I have had it. I pass the single guys, approach the foursome and ask why they are not waving us through. Not my usual behavior, but there is no ranger on the course and I wanted to finish before the end of the current administration. On the back I zip through. But clearly the started either doesn’t care, or has no clue how to do his job. Again, doing something a rarely do I stop in the clubhouse and tell them that their starter needs to go through “Starter 101” training.

They have a friendly staff, plus you have driving range (balls included), sand trap, and putting area. The course has a few rough spots, including the greens, but overall in good condition. The greens roll true and are fairly fast. I'll do it again!!!

A very varied golf course. Unfortunately, by the end of the season, it was not longer in the best condition. But always nice to play

Never saw a ranger. Starter, bag guys, pro shop staff very friendly.

Greens a horrible, fairways lack water. Not worth it for the price they are gouging people for. Might need to hireDOGE to investigate where are the money goes. It sure as heck not going to maintaining what was once a really great course. I golfed there back in September and Oct course was in great shape. Sad

The staff was very friendly and the layout was challenging. However the green were very inconsistent and the rough was mostly brown and burnt out. $119 was complete robbery. Much better places around the area to play at a value. Do not recommend.
