About
Carved from pine, oak, and magnolia trees, Cypress Lakes Golf Club tumbles through gently hilly terrain, a rare landscape for a Florida course. Formerly known as the Solutia Golf Club, Cypress Lakes is also covered with hundreds of crepe myrtles and blooming azaleas and of course, cypress trees. Water comes into play on a few holes and the trees can prove to be tricky but the challenges of the golf course are balanced with the generous width of the fairways. The course's playability appeals to a variety of different skill levels, especially with four sets of tees available as well. In addition to the course, there are also extensive practice facilities available at Cypress Lakes Golf Club including an all-grass driving range, a practice putting green, and a practice bunker.

Slow play
A lot of walkers. Pace was very slow the last two rounds.

This course is getting into great shape. The new cart paths are great. Fairways are getting there. overall we have a great time.
2nd Round Here - Really Enjoyed It!
This is the best value in the area! Good layout, excellent practice area, good greens; and lots of challenge. We’ve run out of time here - we are Canadian snowbirds - but we’ll be back next year!

Greens were faster earlier in the year but have slowed down again. With faster greens this would be a very nice course with the improvements they have made.
Hidden Gem!!!
Beautiful and challenging course with great staff!! The advice of the starter prepared us for the running greens! I will definitely play here again, soon! Great value too.

The staff has worked hard in all aspects of the course. Lots of added dirt sod. Really good shape.
