Last 2 rounds i played they had overbooked

Be aware if you go there could be 5 hour rounds. I played behind groups of 5 slowest players ive seen in a while. Told Marshall but he didn’t seem to care

Staff does a nice job keeping course up. Need sand cans for all the walkers to fill their divots. Im guessing thats the reason for so many divots.

Played here many times. This time of year is dormant season. That being said the greens were as fast as I've ever seen them. Smooth and you better pay attention if it's down hill. Played with some regulars so I had some warnings.

Played New Years day while visiting the area from VA. Course was in good shape. Glad I was paired up with a couple of locals to help with some of the blind shots and sloping greens. Water comes into play on handful of holes and many of the greens are elevated. Overall I enjoyed the course.

Second time here. Wanted to give it a second chance and the second chance was worse than the first. We were stacked on the first tee. Therfore we teed off late. For the cheaper price you pay you can expect the fairways to be in the condition they are. But not the greens. The greens might as well be the fairways. They look like they get rolled once a month. Just prepare yourself to be putting around, over and through divots, gouges and tears in the greens. Then after being held up on the first tee and having to hold to golf an a majority of holes, here comes the ranger telling us to speed up the pace of place with a tone, when we still have golfers just fishing balls out of the pond in front of us. This course won’t get a third chance and I highly doubt not recommend this course unless you just don’t care.

I enjoy playing Cypress Lakes and the course is in good shape. The greens are nice. I have one huge complaint. The course allowed a fivesome to play in front of us. I can understand them allowing this Monday thru Friday, but on a Sunday is a problem with me. They had us backed up and what could have been a less than 4 hour round took us nearly 5 hours to play. One other note.. The ranger allowed this to happen. Shame on you for letting this happen Cypress Lakes stuff! Shame on you.

The beginning of the year the greens were not so great. Now they have grown them in and they are some of the best around here…

Course is pretty and not usual Florida course. Nothing fancy but nice fun course. Staff was very friendly and very easy to check in. Only complaint I have is no one keeping groups that play extremely slow in check. We have a group of four that were just playing extremely slow. Now not usual slow either they were ALL over course driving around looking for balls, taking two-three shots from same place, sharing clubs and with ALL that they were taking forever. My wife and I tried to go around or play thru them but we just left because we were so annoyed and angry. I spent almost my entire time at course waiting behind this group that had no manners. Sometimes you get this play at certain courses. I have played this course one other time and I had no issue or problem. Just need management to watch these groups and move them along. So other than that course is awesome and very pretty.
