Meadow Oaks Golf & Country Club

I’ve played this course over the last ten years. It’s never been so bad!

Fairways ate nothing but sand in many spots. The greens leave a lot to be desired.

I’m not sure what the new owners are doing but it isn’t good.

I used to play this course a lot. It was great value for money. Unfortunately, it looks like the maintenance of the course is not a priority.

We have played here many times but something has gone wrong with Tee Boxes and Greens. Need a redo and some serious TLC. Won’t be back until they get it together. $43 per person on a hot deal and it was not worth it. Saw the cart person twice in the first four holes then not again the rest of the day. No water on the course for a very hot and humid day.

The worst course I’ve played in my life. Horrible greens… so bad that you can’t accurately putt on them. The tee boxes are 90% sand. The fairways are bare. The greens are the worst I’ve ever seen. This course was looking pretty good a couple of months ago. We recently had plenty of rain; I thought it would make the course better…. absolutely not. Idk what’s going on there, but they are in dire need of a good grounds manager. Not even worth the twenty seven dollar Hot Deal! Don’t waste your time.

My son and I played this course back in December 2025, and the course, even though it was not in excellent condition, it was better than we played yesterday. The greens were horrible, the tee boxes were like hitting out of sand, and the fairways - more crab grass than grass. Overall, I was very disappointed on its condition, within a 5 month period of time. This used to be one of my favorite courses to play. Now, it will be a long time before I come back. Until conditions improve, I will play elsewhere. Rivard golf course in Brooksville was a 100% better than Meadow Oaks for playability. Put some money into the course maintenance. Bring it back to its former glory, please. Thank you.

1st time at Meadow Oaks at a discounted rate! The layout is nice for a shorter track; however, the draught has really taken its toll on portions of the course (bare fairways/greens & some rough tee boxes). Can only imagine how nice this track is with some rain, fertilizer and seed. Funny though, I enjoyed every minute there especially having overcome the conditions with a +4 round. Additionally, had a chance to visit with the staff that were at least still able to share their passion for the game. Let’s hope Mother Nature brings us some water to breathe life back into Meadow Oaks! Get out and play … I’ll be back!!

I used to love playing here. All the greens were terrible. Like dirt. Tee boxes were all chewed up. Wish I had known the conditions beforehand

Awesome day with the mother of our children. Course was in great condition for being in the middle of a drought. Greens were good and being worked on. We are both ready to get back out there.

Love this course but right now it's not in the best condition

I would not recommend this course. The course is unplayable. The tee boxes were dirt and what grass the greens did have was patchy.

Very interesting layout, but greens are in tough shape. Fairways and tees need water. Pace was ok, a little slow on the back.

would play again if they can green things up and repair the greens.

Had not played Meadow Oaks in about 3 weeks. Condition of course much worse. All of the greens were patchy with little or no grass. Around greens grass was long and weedy, even though this was a Wednesday. Fairways were lacking grass. Very disappointed in condition.

Not worth it to play. Wait for a playable conditions, maybe next year?
