The price you charged wasn't the correct price. It wasn't much different but it still was... the person tried to correct it but he said it wouldn't allow the change... when I get quoted a price that is what it should be
Needs work
The greens are in pretty bad condition. The tees need work as well.
course improving
With all the rain, the course conditions are improving. It’s a good course to just practice. It is a power 63.
Worth it
If you can accept getting less than ideal conditions at a good price, The Lakes will meet your needs. A good place for beginners, or just a place you can get out and hit some balls during the winter months. This place would be a charming gem if somebody wanted to sink a pile of money into it. Nice layout, not long but interesting. We could use more inexpensive layouts like this. Unfortunately, most that have gotten to this state have left us. Too bad.
Great course
They have certainly did a lot of work to this course. The pace of place this time was great. The starter came out and told us when we could get out. Very good staff also. We didn’t get a chance to go in the club house but bar looks nice.
Rough conditions
Played with my wife, 10 year old nephew and father-in-law, so we were looking for cheap. This was cheap.Tee boxes and greens were pretty rough and the fairways on the par 4's were not the best. Maybe it's the the time of year. My nephew had fun and that's what really matters.
Lakes
Some of the holes are in only fair condition on the tea box. But many of them are good. It has 10 power threes one part five the rest part four so it’s not a long course. But we only paid $25 so it’s a pretty good value.
Bad course left in bad condition
The only reason to play this course is if you want a cheap place to play some practice shots. The entire course is in terrible condition.
Lakes course
Not the best condition lots of cart ruts most greens ok but slow.
