The Club at Eaglebrooke

I am almost afraid to tell folks how nice this course is.

Most every hole was individually designed and presented generous driving area and then the fun begins. traps tight around rolling undulating greens make hitting these greens in regulation a real challenge. on many greens being above the hole was kiss of death to try and stop the ball.

17 and 18 are great finishing holes. We played the senior tees but could have done the white easily.

Played the white tees (6200 yds) and several par 4 holes still played long on 2nd hot. Great condition, undulating greens, lots of water and sand. Very picturesque and beautiful holes.

Having played a few Orlando area golf course at exhorbitant prices and being disappointed with course conditions and pace of play, we decided to look further afield. Positive reviews for Eaglebrooke caught our attention. We were not disappointed. We were warmly welcomed upon arrival with help being given to unload our bags and set up our carts. The course had a good practice area with free range balls. The layout is superb with excellent variety in holes. ?The back nine is a bit tougher with several forced carries over water. Course conditions were great with the greens rolling fast and true. We played the front 9 in less than 2 hours but the back 9 bogged down a bit taking nearly 3 hours. However, we had a perfect day and really enjoyed the ambience of the course. To boot, as per the namesake, we saw several bald eagles on the course and a few hawks as well. About an hour from Orlando, it is worth the drive.

Great course, friendly staff, great food. It does not get any better than that. Booked another foursome for this Sat.

We stumbled upon this course while booking a trip in the Disney area. What a treat. Conditions were great. Layout is awesome. Some really tough but fun holes to play. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and will be back next year for sure!

Cudos to the staff. The starter told us it's going to be slow. We were behind the Senior Club Championship and the Super Senior as well. Aside from the stack up on the first and second holes it settled in to a nice pace.

On the day we played we had to play back nine first. It is the far tougher of the nines. Great course will play again but hope in the order intended.

Very nice course. Several holes are challenging for 1st timers because of hidden water and sloping fairways. Would love to play it again now that I know.

This was a great day of play, excellent weather, pace of play. the course was in great shape. Greens were fast and challenging.

This course was soft from rain the day before and played long. The wind made it a particular challenge. The greens were fast and undulating. I would like to play it again when the ground is firmer and there is a little less wind. Overall, it was a very enjoyable round.

First off it was an extremely windy (20-25mph) and cool day, so the weather was a bit of an issue. With that being said, it was still a very fun round of golf. The course was in great shape and the staff was very nice. I played it from the tips and hit 3w a lot for position; driver is only needed on a few holes for those that can go 280 or more. The greens are big, pure, and fun to putt on. I didn't get to enjoy any greenside bunkers but my playing partner said they were very nice since he seemed to visit most of them. Lots of hills throughout the course and water comes into play a lot. I'm looking forward to playing here again on a less windy day.

Very nice challenging golf course.

Got to play my round at Eaglebrooke with the assistant pro Jack, who was very friendly and helpful with all the ins and outs of the course. The course it's self was in good condition a little wet in some places from all the rain. Also some of the greens were dead but just around the edges and did not effect putting. Also the are extremely fast in the afternoon, so stay below the hole. So overall great experience and would definitely play therevery again.

I rarely loose a golf ball but lost 4 that day. Lots of water and dog legs. Great, friendly staff! Will play again sometime.

Course. Was in good shape for mid-Feb in Central Florida. Layout was challenging yet very fair, greens were. In very good shape.
I plan to add this course to my short list of courses to play in central Florida.

Played here for the first time on President's Day. Weather was cloudy and cool with some wind. Course is in good shape for the winter and the amount of rain we have had. Greens very fast and true. Lots of water Nice layout, some beautiful holes. Nice practice area. Staff very friendly. Do bring water as I didn't see any available on the course and the water fountains didn't work. Will definitely play again.

This was the best course we have played in this area. We plan to play it several more times before we head back north.

Even though the course had had 4 inches of rain a couple of days previously it did not really show. Yes there were wet areas and the practice range was out of use but the course was looking as good as when we had played it last year. Very good value, a real test and worth playing if you get the chance. Off course amenities could not be judged because the clubhouse was closed when we had finished. Our 20th game of our 4 week golfing holiday. One of the best.

On this course, you must place your shots, or bring a boat. Water borders most holes and fairways are well bunkered.

Beautiful golf course. A few odd lines from the tee boxes but once in fairway great lines to greens. Some folks may have problems with the carries across water hazards but I personally thought they gave course character. A few of the greens are not up to standard of a golf course this great but most were a good speed and rolled well. Will play this course many times in future
