Azalea/Camelia Golf Course at Cleveland Heights Golf Club

Best city course I think I've ever played. Not the most challenging but it was fun.

ON ARRIVING THE STAFF WAS NICE. THE CLUBHOUSE WAS PRETTY. THEY HAVE THREE COURSES A,B,C. C COURSE IS UNDER REPAIR . A AND B WERE IN GOOD SHAPE . THE GREEN WAS NOT VERY GOOD SPARCE GRASS HOLES PUNCHED IN THEM, VERY BUMPY.

the course was just fine . I know that they are working on it to improve it . so great

I play here all the time. It is the best public course in our area for the money. Staff is great, course is in good shape and has a great layout. I would play here once a week if possible. Pace of play is always good and I am an impatient golfer. Played in a tourney there for George Jenkins recently and had a great time. You can't find a better 18 holes of golf for $20 (after 2 I think) in Lakeland.

New greens were in poor shape on some holes but overall the course was in ok shape. Had a good time as pace of play was excellent at less than 4 hours for threesome.

Need some work on greens. But for the money it's the best deal in town Nice people work there too

I've played this course often over the last 12-15 years. I've always been treated very well by the staff and the course is usually in good shape. The course has undergone a renovation over the last few years and the improvements have been very positive. The greens however are in terrible shape. I've not putted on greens this bad in years. I would have expected much better. I know why the fees were cheap and there were few people playing on a perfect Sunday afternoon.

Overall the course was in good shape. They have three nine hole courses there and one had the greens being redone so wasn't playable. The two we played, had about six greens with crud on them but overall the course was in good shape.

I was forced to leave after three holes into my second nine holes. A group of five players bullied me then teed their balls up behind me. I wasn't playing slow and the pace was actually good for how busy it was. The staff was not surprised and gave me a rain check. However, it just did not seem like it was enough. The four guys ganged up on me, questioned me and then tee d up behind me as I was getting ready to drive the ball. Staff was sympathetic, but it was an awful experience.

The course was in awful shape!! Especially the greens worst I have ever played !!! Will never at here again!!! Needs major work done to the course!!!

A community course that experiences a lot of use. Some fairways are really nice, but the tees and greens are a mess. The City of Lakeland has beautiful recreational facilities, but someone needs to call 911 on this place.

The food area is under new management and was delicious on 2 separate days. Go for lunch or snack and you'll be happy.

Had a wonderful time on the course. I would recommend this course to anyone.

The greens looked like they had sprayed something on them to cover the condition of the putting surface. this was not the case of all of them

Played A & C course and was not happy with the greens. A was bumpy and had bare spots so you couldn't get a true roll. C was better but not good enough and both sides had slow greens. Will not go back till it's better.

This 27 hole facility is setup into three 9 hole course (A,B,C). While our group accidently played hole 7 after hole 1 on the C course, the layout makes for a fun, so what challenging round. Course conditions varried on which 9 holes you were playing, I'd say the C course was the best of two we played (B,C). For a public course I'd say they keep it in pretty good shape. 35 still maybe a little steep for how the course conditions are, but still an enjoyable round.

A nice course, greens had a lot of winter kill, but pace of play and overall course conditions were fine!

Very nice municipal golf course. The greens were not very good, but the rest of the facility was in very nice condition. My buddy and I walked the course for $24, so this is a very good value golf course. Also, we liked that it is a golf course where you can hit it and find it! Very enjoyable and we will return.

It a great course big fairway but thigh lies nice bunker .the greens are in bad shapes in the front .the front nine are good.There are 27 holes .next time I will play the other nine.yes I wold recommend this course.

The greens on A course need work. Very little grass.
Whole course needs to be aireated. Still one of the better courses we gace pkayed in the area.
