A superlative short par-3, the fourth features a raised and well-contoured green. Photo submitted by AptlyLinked on 02/20/2026

At the par-4 tenth, it takes a straight drive to find this narrow fairway. It’s not unusual, though, to find the water. Photo submitted by AptlyLinked on 02/20/2026

Fifteen just may be the finest par-3 at Schalamar. Measuring as long as 224 yards, it demands an excellent shot for a GIR. Photo submitted by AptlyLinked on 02/20/2026

2nd Hole: Par-5, 519 yards: The driving zone allows for a slashing drive off the tee, but on the second shot (viewed here) the fairway narrows like an hourglass. Photo submitted by AptlyLinked on 02/18/2025
-
6th Hole: Par-3, 180: A lengthy bunker nabs misplayed shots to the right and front of green six, as seen from the woodland. Photo submitted by AptlyLinked on 02/18/2025
-
9th Hole: Par-4: Although 339 yards, this index 6 hole challenges you on every shot. A hook off the tee spells deep, watery trouble. Photo submitted by AptlyLinked on 02/18/2025

Running as long as 400 yards, the 10th threatens not only with a daunting array of hazards—water, sand, trees, OOB–but also a tight fairway. Photo submitted by AptlyLinked on 02/18/2025

This large pond encircles what is virtually an island green at the par-3, 125 yard thirteenth. Photo submitted by AptlyLinked on 02/18/2025

The # 6-index hole, fourteen features a brilliant design, a trio of well-placed bunkers, and a long, lateral water hazard. Photo submitted by AptlyLinked on 02/18/2025

Tight and narrow course
Very tight course, some greens need work. Staff is friendly. If you don't stay straight you may need lots of balls. I would return, there are some very nice holes.
Great layout
This was my second time playing this course. I highly recommend playing as soon as you can the greens are in excellent shape. I will play here again.
A nice course
A very nice golf course. It had been recently over seeded so the greens were somewhat slow but nice. Fairways are great. Tee boxes had also been over seeded but hadn’t been cut so they were a little rough. It is a fun course to play.
Slow play
retirement community and the course was pretty full. Play was slow from the first tee.
The grass was sparse on the greens and fairways but overall the layout was good.
Shot makers course
Played from the blue tees, little more then 5500 yards. Some holes are tight, driver not the go to club on all par 4 and 5 holes. Water can come into play on 12 holes. Greens were in fair shape along with the tee boxes. I enjoy this course and will be playing it again tomorrow.
Glad you enjoyed your day play golf at Schalamar Creek. Looking forward to seeing you back out tomorrow ! Course is a lot of fun to play !
Glad you had a wonderful day out at Schalamar Creek. Golf course is looking real good and its a lot of fun to play. Hope to see you back out soon!
Greens
The greens were somewhat bare, no turf in places could'n hit ball correctly for a good putt. The fairways were good. I would golf there again as the price was good.
Looking forward to seeing you back out at Schalamar Creek on these beautiful overseeded greens.
Good deal
Got a deal for $15 course looked good from tee to green nothing to complain about after round went in and got a good meal from the restaurant will play it again
Glad you had a wonderful day out at Schalamar Creek. Looking forward to seeing you back out soon.
Schalamar Creek is a great place for some golf. Looking forward to seeing you back out on the course ! If you haven't experienced Schalamar Creek, now is the time !
Pleasant Round
Hadn't played this course for severalI years. Booked on line at a great rate. Pleasantly surprised at the course condition. Definitely as good or better than other more expensive courses that I play in the area. Looking forward to playing it again.Ha
always a fun course to play
have played here a lot over the years. a shorter course requiring accuracy over power.
greens recently rebuilt. front side greens still not filled in and some weeds working their way onto greens.
backside greens are mostly good.
Schalamar Creek is a shot makers course. Its a lot fun to play. Course is looking real good. Looking forward to seeing you back out here real soon!
Short and Fun
Schalamar is a short but tight course where accuracy is more important than length. The greens are large and were on the slower side, but in good condition. It was very hot so the course was nearly empty and pace of play was not an issue. The staff were polite and helpful.
Thanks for coming out to play Schalamar Creek. Looking forward to you coming back out real soon and having lots of fun...
The fairway so wet they could not mow. If you hit the ball in the fairways you couldn't even find the ball and it was littered with trash.
Thank you for coming out to play Schalamar Creek. Looking forward to seeing you back out real soon!
This course needs to be kept like their sister course that is owned by the same individual. Big Cypress on 98 North is far superior in condition to this course, but is owned by the same man. If attention to detail was taken at Schalamar Creek, it could be just as enjoyable to play as Big Cypress. Tees and greens lack either money spent on them or knowledge of how to care for them.
Thank you for coming out to Schalamar Creek and having so much fun. See you back out here soon !
Great tight course
Never played before and glad I did. Signed up to be with another group but they never showed so played as single.
This was ok but please foursomes let a single play through. Some did but one group of very slow men never slowed us through even though they knew I was there on a par three.
Play this course it is in good shape great greens and good for your game. Starters were some of the nicest I have ever had in Florida!!!
Course is in great shape and its a lot of fun to play. Thanks for coming out and looking forward to seeing you back out here soon.
Thank you for coming out to play Schalamar Creek. Looking forward to seeing you back out to play real soon !
