Huntington Hills Golf & Country Club

Been playing this course for years. New management has been doing some great upgrades to an already excellent track of golf👍 Unfortunately my last 2 rounds (weekend only) have taken 5 hours. For a Low handicap like myself this is excruciating. The updated carts with gps do not allow players to drive to where we always used to be able reach our balls. And yes this includes the fairway on 5 which makes it extremely hard for seniors to walk up an down the very steep embankment to play their ball. This results in a backlog on holes where I witnessed up to 16 players on one hole. (Again only on weekends). I have seen many reviews echoing my opinion and I hope management will address post haste. I would rather stay a loyal patron of 20 years than take my business elsewhere. Looking forward to the new practice area under construction. 👌

Played on a Saturday. I understand week end play is usually busy but got to 3rd hole & two groups were already on the tee! One of those was a five some which should never happen let alone on a week end. Played over a 51/2 hour round. NOT FUN! Management needs to get control. Other than slow play the course was in pretty good shape except for a temporary green on one. Carts were nice with good GPS. I did pay $3.00 for a water soaked three musketeer bar!

There was a group of (5) people playing in front of us and constantly looking for their balls

The course is in good shape except green number 1. A temp green. Pace of play was slow people looking for balls no ranger to speed things up. Carts have a GpS system as how close you can get to the green etc. never actually told us so a little wierd at first not knowing.

This course absolutely needs a ranger and leadership out on the course. We have to follow a “sevensome “ the last 5 holes. Took us 5 1/2 hours to play.

We always enjoy playing this course. The last two visits were less than great, with a super slow pace and a rude starter. Still, it's a nice course that I enjoy. Hopefully, they will provide some training to the starter.

These guys are notorious for overbooking. They never have any rangers. It’s embarrassing in 2025, these guys still operate this way. The course has potential, but pace of play is so vital to being able to play golf in a timely and fun way. If you are reading this, go to eaglebrooke, go to Cleveland heights, go to Orlando. You can drive to Orlando and play a 9 and be back home before you can even complete 18 holes on this course, that’s how notorious they are for having like 5 groups back to back waiting to tee off. Don’t give them your money!!

Management is putting money into the course and amenities which is great to see. The course conditions were great. There are a few areas that just need time to mature, but that’s typical when rebuilding some areas. The big killer out here was the pace of play. There were multiple groups having to wait at every tee box on the front and then finally it opened up a bit on the back when people just ended up leaving because of the slow play. The tee times are 8 minutes apart and either need to be adjusted or a ranger needs to move along groups that are holding up play.

An hour 30 minutes to play 3 holes, 5 foursommes on thé 3 rd hole, one on the green,one waiting for thé green And 3 on thé teebox , OVERBOOK .

The staff was very helpful and friendly. I really enjoyed the new golf cart. The GPS and the screen tech was helpful.

Under new ownership. New chipping green being built. Cart paths being repaved. Greens being repaired. A lot of good things happening to this place. Great course that requires thought and planning of your shots. Cant wait to come back again.

Extremely slow pace of play. Not enjoyable at all. Huge bottleneck. Opened up a bit after hole 4 but unacceptable.

The course is in nice shape. All the amenities are nice. Enjoy playing it, but the pace of play was terrible very slow five hours and 15 minutes. Need to do something about over booking.
