Had a great time
In all my years in this area I had never been to Majestic. I'm glad I finally made it there, putting together a small tournament at the course. We had a really good time. Tee boxes are a little chewed up, but fairways roll nice and nearly all the greens are in really good shape (couple under repair, it happens) albeit a bit slow. Rough was somewhat inconsistent but overall I thought the condition of the grounds was pretty good. I liked the layout, as there were quite a few big doglegs, and challenges with water hazards. Owner Jere Carrick was really good to us. Hot dogs and beers were ready for us at the turn, prices in the clubhouse are great, people working in there great as well.

Course needs improvement
Pros:
The staff is always friendly and helpful..
Cons:
The course conditions are poor to fair. The grass in the fairways was sparse. The greens are slow. The pace of pace was VERY slow. Need someone moving players along at a reasonable pace. One hole had 4 group on it at one time.

NOT IMPRESSED
Fairways and greens every dry, not much, if any, watering happening. Won't be back to play here any time soon.
Price is way too much for the course conditions. Golf now should be embarrassed they offer this course.

Good Value in South Wet Florida
Staff are friendly and the course is challenging at 5500 yard tee blocks. New golf carts but no GPS on them, bring your own.

Fairways need water
I thought that the fairways were extremely dry. Hard to get the club under the ball at all. For the price we paid I would have expected better.

Majestic Not Bad
First time playing the course. Greens were great, fairways meh, but it is Florida. Would like to see the course when it’s in full bloom. Decent layout.

Nice layout, needs upkeep
Fun layout, challenging, quiet area. Majority of greens were in good shape. Seems like the only areas watered were the greens! A few had some issues. All the fairways were dry and mix of weeds and grasses. For $75 its grossly overpriced. Trees need trimming and overall maintenance needed.

It’s a shame
A well designed golf course that is very challenging. However it is not in good shape at all. Grreens we’re fine fairways dry and brown. Needs work. Don’t understand why it is not kept on better shape. I like the layout. We all did. Seems they only water greens and tees. What a shame. Will not go back especially for $75.
