Last played on Oct 26, '25. Couldn't help but notice that conditions had improved from fair to good to good to excellent. Quite obvious that tee boxes, fairways, greens and even cart paths had all been the recipient's of a significant dose of TLC. Myself and (3) friends enjoyed the round and already making plans to return.

This is a great course for the money. The staff are always so friendly. Tee boxes are great, greens are fast and challenging. Fairways are in terrific condition. We have played here 4 times this month and definitely will be back again soon. It’s on the list at least once a week to play.

My wife and I try to play this course at least two times a month. Within the past 6 months, the upkeep and maintenance of this course have improved greatly. The tee boxes, fairways, and greens are currently in excellent condition.

The staff is all very friendly and accommodating. The course's restaurant is again open, and the food and alcohol prices are reasonable.

The layout is great and the price is right . Everyone super friendly . The pace of play was good . Very enjoyable course to play .

Interesting course in excellent condition. Nice greens, tee boxes, fairways, and layout. Women get a big break! Very playable with wide choice of tees. I played the forward tees, but probably should have moved back one. Great value for the price. Nice resturant and facilities. Will be returning.

Overseed has grown in nicely. Greens, fairways, and tee boxes in great shape. I had never played here before but heard the recent good reviews and they are true. The staff has put money into the course and it shows. Great value for the price. Will be back again soon.

Great course conditions, we have played 3 times this month. Greens are good, fairways are also in good condition. Definitely a great deal for the money. Would recommend and plan on returning to play again soon.

Great course for the price. They cleaned up their cart paths and tee boxes. Looks great. Fairways and greens look good. Greens were punched recently but still play fair. Tavern is nice with good food.

Course was fun, greens were good just a bit slow . Fairways were green grass not dirt. Layout Was fun . Holes 10 &11 I didn’t like. But a very good course for $$ . I’m going back.

This place was a goat ranch last year and now it is almost perfect. I ask some members what caused the chage cause we were not comming here again and read the reviews decided to come back, seems the former Director of Golf John Harbison, hired Cypress Golf to manage the Greens and Grounds and wow, what a great move on his part. Two member groups told me if it wasnt for John they would still be a goat ranch as the Board and First Service Residential management company knew nothhing about golf.

Members said he moved on to a GM postion in South Florida, much better job, twice the inclome I guess.

The green and grounds crew really are doing a good job to make this place relative again.

We had some slow play and home owners who would not let us through, which was unfortuante but what a differeance over last year. Worth the effort if you can find a day with out so many members playing as they will not let you through.

Greens in very good condition. Rest of the course in pretty good shape. Always enjoy this course. Nice layout.

Fun little course played it in 3 hrs with my son had to catch a plane. Really nice people there
