Golfer Reviews
Challenging
This course is beautiful. There is an abundance of water and woods but hardly any sand. The course is tight so if you spray your tee shots you better club down. Also keep an eye on the distance because I outdrove a few fairways and I am not a long hitter. Bring a few extra balls because you will probably loose a few on this course. However, it is scenic and a pleasure to challenge your skills. Also, you will see alligators!
Such a fun golf course
Great golf course and in good condition. It is not too hard nor too easy. Just right for men and women. We love Palm Cove and the ladies in the snack bar, restaurant are so kind. The only negative for me is the no employee, except the nice older gentlemen behind the golf counter today, wear masks. Not sure why when they have the mask mandate posted before you enter the golf shop. Today is the first day I saw an employee with a mask on. So make sure and wear yours when you go in!! to snack bar and golf shop. Enjoy the fresh air while playing this fun course.
Palm Cove
Fun from the forward tees, quite challenging from the back. Tight layout with narrow areas but all in all very fun! Bring extra balls!
Become part of the regular routine
PC has quickly become one of my go to’s. Was a bit concerned about the greens 2 months ago but have played it a half dozen times over the last month including twice this week and they have healed up and are rolling good as of end Jan, 2021. If you don’t hit fairways, this might not be the place for you. Very tight but it was a great choice to hide from the 25kt winds this week.
Palm Cove
Bring extra balls to donate to the Marsh and lakes lol. Quite tight in certain areas but overall a very fun and challenging course. Choose your tee boxes wisely! No need to be a hero here!
Challenging course in great shape
The course is in great shape with greens that are quick but roll true. Make sure you play tees that match your length, several holes require close to 200 yard carries from the longer tees.
Lacking Management
Busy and very slow with no sign of a ranger on the course. The worst condition we've ever seen the greens which have always been the hallmark of this course as far back as when it was Cutters Sound. One note of warning is that not one employee wore a mask which is almost criminal in today's health crisis.
