About
The Cinnamon Hill Course at the Rose Hall Resort and Spa is situated on what used to be a large sugar plantation. Jamaica's past history is still present throughout the golf course in the form of graveyards and ruins of old homes. One of these homes, which can be seen from the second hole of the golf course, is the historic former house of Annie Palmer who was called the "White Witch of Rose Hall." The golf course's layout begins fairly open but gradually moves into the lower elevations of the Blue Mountains, where there is dense foliage guarding the fairways. The Cinnamon Hill Course at Rose Hall is not only popular for its lush landscape filled with historical sights, but also for its challenging game.

Nice course
In Jamaica for 3 weeks this time around. Will play 4 rounds at this course. Two in the can already. I love this course that offers a relatively flat front and hilly and mountainous back. My previous rounds here were pre-pandemic. I thought some of the greens were a little slow this time around. Otherwise. I love this course and will always plan at least one round each time I visit Jamaica.

Gréât course
Gréât layout and views.
Only disappointments were slow speed of greens and pace of play:
1hr45 for front 9 but 2 1/2hrs for back

Beautiful course and fun to play. Take a caddy it is well worth it and remember to tip them generously when finished, they deserve every penny!!
Beautiful gem of a course
Beautifully design front nine is open then you get on to the back none very scenic and tight. I have played it several times now .One of the best courses in Montego Bay
Great staff, great course
Rental clubs were Calloway’s. Awesome service. Small bar, no restaurant on site but they have snacks and Jamaican Pattie’s.
Excellent golf experience with a caddie
Our first time with a caddie whose name was Arnette. She gave us excellent advice especially on the greens. Highly recommend her if you play there.
Excellent course
Loved this course, staff was amazing and looked after everything. We stored our clubs in club storage for two weeks so we didn’t have to pack them back to the hotel. Took a caddy one day which was really nice. Caddies very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.
Classic Jamaica
Basically two courses, the front 9 is a links course along the water and the back 9 is a mountain course. Greens, fairways and bunkers were all in good condition. Only complaint would be carts. The brake pedal would stay engaged if the gas pedal was engaged.
Keep in mind greens are Bermuda grass so while quick by Jamaica standards they’re slow by northern US standards.
