Madison Green Country Club

The pro shop staff was very friendly and helpful, as was the guy in the cart shed. I rented a set of clubs that were in good shape comprised of well known brands. The course was fun but challenging. One thing, the course could use an improved yardage marking system, as they were few and hard to find. Also, we tried to get a quick snack in the grill, but nobody was available to help us. Overall though, we were happy with the day.

Greens, fairways are in great shape. Challenging and undulating. Really loved it. Food and service were great. The course has natural cart paths which I love, but have some very bad pot holes that need to be leveled. Some are unexpected and dangerous. I will play this course everytime I come to South Florida.

The course was in relatively poor condition. The greens were great but the rest of the course is tired and overgrown.

Very challenging and interesting course but still very playable for the average amateur. The Pro and his staff are extremely welcoming..

I rarely play anymore due to back conditions but enjoyed my round here!

Great course in great shape with great staff and a great price!

A very interesting and challenging layout. Quite a bit of water but usually with ways to get around it. Course conditions were very good, although the pro said they were only "80% to where they want to be by NOV 1. All of the staff were very friendly. I would rate tis as one of the best values in the area!

You will notice that I rate myself as an advanced golfer but with a 15-19 handicap. That's because I played to a 2-6 handicap for 50+ years but rarely ever play anymore due to back pain!!!

While the course conditions at times can have it's ups and downs this remains a course where you must "golf your ball" or you will be in trouble all day. For the most part there is no place to miss shots safely and rarely any sort of bail out area. Jungle and water throughout, if you're in the trees or jungle you really can't get in there to begin to look for a ball. Not for beginners or anyone without an amount of confidence in their game as they will easily be frustrated and quickly out of balls and patience both. Greens were just coming back from aerating and still had some speed to them. Couple of the bunkers had drainage issues, or lack thereof, and were filled with water. Got a very good deal on GN and since they've already aerated for the end of summer I'm sure to be making return trips before the out-of-towners arrive in SoFla for the winter.

I’ve played this track many times. It is extremely difficult. Way too difficult for the average recreational golfer which leads to 5-6 hour rounds. Course conditions are inline with price point. I would strong recommend anyone over a 10 handicap find another course. I once tees off on New Year’s Day at 12pm and only played 16 holes before dark.
