Could use a little work but well kept , good chipping and sand practice areas , putting , not so
Course was in okay shape. Par 3 greens were beat to heck. Doesn’t anyone repair ball marks? Okay to play at twilight rate, but not worth playing at day time rate.
Watery day
Played the white tees, high handicap player. So take my review from that perspective!!
God value, tight course requires accuracy or you will be in the drink. Leave driver home unless you are confident enough to take the risks. Very nice greens, fairly fast.
Early morning tee times are crowded, we were on time but help up maybe 15 minutes for late arrivals ahead of us that were accommodated by very friendly starter. Rangers would have been nice to hustle up slow players, but hey that can be me too.
Nice place. Will play it again.
Love this course!
We'd been playing at Okeeheelee for the past few years but find ourselves preferring the Village course. It's an interesting layout, water is certainly in play and challenging. The trees and birds are beautiful. There is a resident raptor who hunts on the back 9 every time we are there. My only complaint has nothing to do with the course itself: getting stuck behind guys who can't play teeing off from the blue tees, and waiting, waiting waiting. If there was a ranger to keep things moving, the round would be way better.
Good course
I play this course often. This time it was pretty crowded. I met some nice people to play with. I will play it again.
Good value.
You can walk this course with a pull cart for $50. It’s good value, a nice looking track, nothing quirky about it. I would definitely recommend this course.
Great Find
I was down here with my dad visiting over the holidays and we had been looking for a course near palm beach. Found this GEM for only 55 bucks with a cart for 18 holes. The course was a very good public course with fast challenging greens. We played the Blues and we are both 2 handicaps and we agreed that it was a course that you can make challenging if you want to. For an average golfer I’d recommend the white tees because the blues are decently long but it was a good challenge. We played in 3 1/2 hours which I am completely good with since it is a public course. I’d recommend this course to anyone looking for a fun day on the course and not looking to spend to much.
Local
Great local semi private course. Play time was good. Extremely attentive staff. Like most courses in Florida a lot of water.
Very poor conditions tee to green. granted a lot of rain of late - but very little grass - slow greens - knarlrough etc.
