Madison Green Country Club

Not only was the course in good condition, the young man in the pro shop was so nice and friendly. I have to say the course is very challenging for ladies that don’t play that often, but for the price it’s great.

Staff was very helpful and welcoming. Was disappointed in the overall condition of the course however. Course layout is fun to navigate.

The course layout is cool and challenging. With that being said, the tee boxes were in very rough shape as well as the fairways. The greens were bumpy and the grain was overwhelming. I was very disappointed with the course and do not plan on returning.

Noticeably going downhill. Nothing like it was 15-20 years ago. Fairways like hard pan. Apparently they haven’t been aerated in years. Took an out of town guest there and was embarrassed. He had much better courses when I visited him. So sad.

Billiards 268 Madison Green is so under maintained the course looks like you’re playing in a cow pasture surrounding areas have overgrowth and filth looks like there is no maintenance whatsoever being done on this golf course would never play it again

Fair course. For $69 I’m sure you can find another course that’s in better condition. Greens were fair. There was tree clippings all over, divots not replaced or filled on almost every hole , bunkers were fair, the course needed a ranger due to slow play. Never in my life have I had to wait for a twosome on every hole when we were playing as a foresome. Wouldn’t play the course again. I’m sure you can find another course in same condition with a cheaper rate.

They booked 3 groups for the same tee time. They had two other groups of four booked at the same time as us. The pace of play was terrible.

I wish the rain had not come through. The course is in great condition but got rained out after nine holes.

The staff was outstanding, friendly and helpful, while the course was not. Poor signage for hole locations, front half was more crab grass than anything else. Cart was a whole mother story especially since the parking brake didn’t engage. All of the issues can easily be fixed but the pace of play was aweful, over 5 hours, much of that was waiting for foursomes ahead to finish. Even with carts!

The pace of play was unacceptable - 5 hours for 18 holes is too long. No Ranger to speed things up.

The Player's Card is a great deal; I bought one prior to the round.

Terrific layout with many interesting holes. Course conditions are decent but should be better. Pace of play was awful. We waited on virtually every shot. Unlike the Florida Club and Sandhill Crane, there were no rangers to move slow players along. A round a golf should be played in 4 hours, not 4 hours and 45 minutes.
