Royal St. Cloud Golf Links - Red/White Course

Played the white/blue combo and thoroughly enjoyed it, though was very busy so took close to 5 hours to get round. Guy in the group behind pulled out a fishing pole at one hole while we’re all waited to play! Think that’s a common issue as it’s a busy course.

Most holes are very generous off the tee, par 3s are good and the greens true and reasonably fast.

The range is suffering from over use but that apart, no issues.

Great value for the price. I’ll be back.

We had a great day. Course is in good shape. Greens are fast. Good pace of play. We played the red and white courses.

Very nice course it’s probably the best bang for your buck

I play here whenever I am in Orlando-has a rep for slow play, I avoid that by playing early and mid week. Layout is nice, not a bunch of repetitive holes, have never had any issues with the staff, they have always been great.

Greens are fantastic!! Everything else is great too but the greens are so consistent making easier too putt but harder to hit long irons and hold greens which is fun..

Course and conditions are awesome. Only think I would ask is cold water in the water stations. Tees off at 9:30 and all the coolers were warm water. Maybe add some ice but golf was great played all 27 holes

Was looking for a lower priced course after playing Hawks Landing and came across Royal St Cloud. After reading a few reviews I was a bit apprehensive. A few complaints but chalked it up to “complainers”. Took a shot and glad we did.

Played the “blue/red” nines and loved the layout. Course was in great shape. Green rolled true and really quick.

The staff in the pro shop and starter were super friendly. They even offered us to go out and play the “whites” for no charge. Nice touch for sure. Even the grounds crew took the time to chat and say hi. One even followed us up the fairway after I drove the short or 4 (little brag)

We played the first 18 in 3 hours flat starting at 7:30. The third 9 was a bit slower at 2 1/2 hours.

I have never seen so many rabbits on a golf course, they were everywhere. And lots of other wildlife. Birds and turtles etc.

I would recommend this course to everyone. I’m a 7 handicap and play 2-3 times a week in Canada.

We played as a twosome, scheduled a tee time about 2 weeks in advance, and when we arrived were told we'd have to play on another course due to a tournament. We were shifted around due to this tournament, which caused us to feel rushed by others also having to play the course. It was disappointing to pay $60 per person to be crammed into a tournament which was given priority, and the red course we played twice was not in good condition. Overall, really disappointed with our round regarding this situation and won't play this course for a while.

Reservation w/ GolfNow had an issue. It was not forwarded to Royal St Cloud. My reservation was cancelled one day before schedule of play.

It was resolved after phone calls to GolfNow.

It was still annoying and frustrating.

Turned to be told course had only opened 5 mins ago so at least we got to play. Red/White this time. This course was always a favourite of ours but the added waste areas make it look scruffy.

Really good course with good challenging layout for all levels. Nice change of tees on blue and red. Pace of play slow on first nine but better on second nine as we just dodged a competition so no-one in front. Marshall needs to keep golfers to the pace expected. We scored all aspects nearly 5 apart from the food and the restrooms. Food and drink offer is extremely limited for such a nice club and course - needs improvement. The restrooms on the course are a total disgrace - filthy, smelling and not clean. No facility to even wash hands. Water facilities on the course not working and disgusting tasting water - a health hazard.
