Harmony Golf Preserve

The course is in extremely bad shape there are no fairways. Greens have bunkers in them. Tee boxes are filled with weeds

All grassy areas were sub par (tee boxes, fairways and greens)

2nd time in 6 months we have played Harmony. In bad shape, greens better but faiways are all dirt and weeds, no grass.

This course was great 5-10 years ago. I don’t play it enough to speak on consistency, but this round, the course was in terrible shape. Tee boxes were very patchy and hardly any grass. Fairways were absolutely terrible, dead grass and sand. Greens were the best part and I’d give them a 3/5, because of sand pockets all over the place. Just not a good experience for a course that wants to charge $100 a round up until a little bit ago. This condition didn’t happen overnight, its neglect.

For a golf course community, they have really let it go. Tee boxes, lack of actual fairways and some greens were horrible. Fairways and tee boxes were pretty much dirty and weeds.

A terrible shame that such a good golf course in years gone by would be allowed to get into such a state. Terrible course conditions, tee boxes shocking, fairways even worse, if you could call them fairways. Was a yearly visit, even with the long drive to play it, was always worthwhile, not any more. Total waste of time and money and will never play here again. Didn’t even bother complaining in the Proshop in case they gave us a free round, then we would have to play it again and would rather not.

Really like the lay out. Challenging but not too difficult. Unfortunately, the course and greens were in terrible condition. Staff said they are working to improve it.

The course is one of my favorites. The fairways do need rain! The course got hit with a hard freeze then a spring drought.

The course layout was nice. The fairways were pretty good. The greens were being irrigated and spotted at best. When they are finished it should be a nice course to play.

I like Harmony and was worth the 50 mile drive but the course is a mess. Greens were bare spotted and bad condition. Fairways are cut to almost no grass. Grass was field grass and weeds. Many of the t box were dirt. Yikes, I get that it needs rain but sand traps are not maintained, no rakes, no water coolers, and this couse reminded me of many courses that are being sold or already new housing projects. Not recommended until rain season can recover. Plus a lot of work. Staff was great.

The greens were in very good condition. The fairways on the other hand were in very rough shape. Not sure if it was the winter that killed them or something else but the grounds crew was out there trying to get them back in order.

Good luck to them in getting it back to the great course that it is.

Racism is costly! It’s clear that after the Hispanic workers were forced out of the state, many courses in Florida are suffering!

Unfortunately, harmony is not very playable right now. The ice man came and really ruined a lot of the course.. the fairways are nonexistent almost every green is super slow because it’s been seated and sand is everywhere. We come once a year to come play this course from Dallas unfortunately, this time it was not a good time. I really hope the staff is able to bring this wonderful course back. This is truly a hidden gem right now. It is in the rough.

Save your money for now. Course fairways are non existent . Best strategy of play is to land your ball in the rough so at least you have some grass under your club on approach shots. It will be a while before WE return .

Great price for a hot deal but rough greens rough fairways, and rough tea boxes for entire course. Course is amazing as far as layout and ambience.
