Meadows/Oaks Golf Course at Pennbrooke Fairways
About
Pennbrooke Fairways in Leesburg is located less than an hour from Orlando. It offers two nine-hole executive golf courses as well as a regulation nine. The two executive courses are called the Meadows and the Oaks. Each of the nines has a unique character but what they do have in common are large, manicured greens and lush, undulating fairways. The Meadows opens with its signature hole, a par 4 that is only 213 yards. Despite the short length, it's still a tricky hole with an ancient, moss-draped oak square in the middle of the fairway. You'll have to be ambitious and try to shoot over it or strategize a low shot to go around it. Pennbrooke Fairways' Oaks Course is seemingly benign but the tight fairways will test the accuracy of even seasoned golfers. Errant shots will be met with out-of-bounds on either side of eight of the fairways.

Bad Course Conditions
I had never seen so bad greens. For this conditions is the course much to expensive.
Course includes Executive Nines
When I booked, I didn’t realize only one nine was a regular length course. Our first nine was an Executive corse made up of mostly par 3s. Our second nine was the regular length course with par 5s on it. The third nine consists of only par 3s and 4s.
Great course
Great course starts with a nine hole executive course and the back nine is a bit more challenging course was a fun time by all
Windy
Fairways were average for winter play.
Greens were in pretty good shape.
very windy
executive
Was a windy, cloudy day so that didn't help. I new it was an executive course for 9 holes so was okay with that. Greens were pretty good, rolled true. Layout was non existent on one 9 but otherwise the Sanctuary was good. If you play there ask for the Oaks and the Sanctuary. Clubhouse restaurant was not open so that was a negative.
Good Times
The Oaks is a very short ,nicely kept short 9 hole course.
Greens
A couple of greens were lost on the Oaks Course ... very bad patches of nothing, plus a couple greens on the Sanctuary needed some work. All in all ... the courses were in pretty good shape.
Interesting challenge
Several greens were in bad shape with dead areas, but the tee boxes and fairways were in good condition. Almost had the course to ourselves. Certainly a bargain at this price. Would happily play often even if we had to pay more.
Rough
fairways & greens were not in good shape.
very disappointed
way too slow
I think we got behind the last 4some in a league cause they never offered to let us thru and don't think we could have went anywhere, anyway. Way slow Don't like slow. Can't play slow.
Typical Central Florida Course
Course was in average condition, greens were somewhat rough. You could see some storm damage.
