About
Nature Walk Golf Club, as its name would suggest, sprawls across a scenic landscape blanketed with majestic oaks and Florida pines. The course boasts well manicured fairways as well as immense playability, both of which have been factors in its growing popularity. While the layout may not satisfy golfers looking for monstrous pot bunkers and lengthy par 5s, it does provide a fair amount of challenge. A number of sparkling blue lakes come into play throughout as well as bunkers that closely hug the greens. Nature Walk Golf Club is both gentle enough for beginners while being a great casual round for more seasoned golfers. The warm atmosphere, excellent conditions, and easy of play can be enjoyed no matter what skill level. Golfers can also utilize the extensive practice facilities, which include a driving range, a putting and chipping green, and a pitching green complete with a practice bunker.

Much Improved!
This course has done a complete 180 in the right direction. The greens are in better shape, they've made significant improvements to the driving range and the staff if friendly. They just need a starter to improve pace of play..
Hate to post a review
Brought my brother who is NOT a golfer and I am only a 15 handicap. Man, this place was pretty and a great value. Really fun and relaxed. Got the hot deal and it was worth every bit of it. Hate to let everyone know about it because it was so fun and reasonably priced for the deal. Hope it doesn't get too popular and expensive.
This course challenges your short game
Fair course to a golfer that doesn't play everyday!I played it twice this week and will play it again on my next trip to Panama city. Staff was great!
Getting better all the time
My wife and I have been playing this course for 4 years. It was in pretty bad shape last year. We just played it for the first time this year and the course has improved dramatically. Great job!
I will definitely be sharing our experience with everyone.
Greens - not so good
Had heard it was a good place to play for practice. The greens were, in fact, green. But the botanical life growing on the greens varied from grassy to weedy to leafy. Putting was very frustrating. Otherwise, it lived up to its word of mouth billing.
Short game workout
Fun little course. My wife and sister in law loved it. It's not overly gruling, but will test your short game skills.
Getting better
No complaints on the course other than the greens need to be less bumpy. Range is awesome. Clubhouse needs a full kitchen and not just vending machines.
Course hours
My only issue was the clubhouse not opening until 0800 and the first tee time was 0810. This gave very little time to get your cart, get some beverages, load your clubs, head to teebox and start (cold since driving range wasn't open either). Add to that check-in/system delays and it slowly starts to back up golfers from the beginning. Recommend tweaking the hours slightly.
Lack of course oversight
The course has many areas to skip holes. You never know if you have someone jumping hiles till you get to next tee
Get what you pay for
Very little golf etiquette. Especially in the privileged age group. Course shouldn't allow 5 or 6 golfers in a group
Course progress
I played nature walk a few years ago and the greens were so bad putting wasn't really worth because it would be all luck. However they have improved quite a bit since then, it seems they are making a concerted effort to make improvements and it is starting to show. However in the process they are steadily raising there prices. It's not really worth the price they want right now because there making the improvements off of the backs of the customers. I have some friends who won't go there with me anymore because of it.
