Nature Walk Golf Club
About
Nature Walk Golf Club, as its name would suggest, sprawls across a scenic landscape blanketed with majestic oaks and Florida pines. The course boasts well manicured fairways as well as immense playability, both of which have been factors in its growing popularity. While the layout may not satisfy golfers looking for monstrous pot bunkers and lengthy par 5s, it does provide a fair amount of challenge. A number of sparkling blue lakes come into play throughout as well as bunkers that closely hug the greens. Nature Walk Golf Club is both gentle enough for beginners while being a great casual round for more seasoned golfers. The warm atmosphere, excellent conditions, and easy of play can be enjoyed no matter what skill level. Golfers can also utilize the extensive practice facilities, which include a driving range, a putting and chipping green, and a pitching green complete with a practice bunker.

Midday golf
Course was in good shape, greens were great. Great bargain for the price through GolfNow
This course is in excellent condition. The staff is cordial and helpful. This is my wife's review for this date.
Not for big ball hitters, but we love it.
This is a nice course for beginners and a challenge to one's short game. There are only 3 holes that are worth having a driver, and one must be precise on those. It is amazing how hard it is to par the par threes even though you get to tee it up. The course was in very good condition over all. A few tee boxes were sparse, but you did get to tee it up. As mush as anything nature abounds all around you. Lovely place.
Fun Course, friendly management; but.....
The course is in good shape and is fun to play - most of the time. An added feature is that there are (2) nesting hawks there that may keep you company on your golf round.
We had a tee time of 11:24 on 9/24/17. As we were getting out of our cart @ #1 tee, a group of 7 carts showed up and took our spot without as much as asking permission. We ended up waiting an additional 20 minutes to take our turn at the tee. One of the players from that group explained as he waited that they were a group that participated in a dog fight every weekend and that they play (2) rounds. The first at around 7:30 am and the 2nd round between 9:30 and 10:45 (remember this was now 11:24). They took their time at every swing at every hole. On the 5th hole - just as I was chipping to the green; the woman in that group drove her cart onto the green I was playing (between me and the hole) on her way to the clubhouse with not as much as an apology....
My wife and I went back to the clubhouse and discussed this with the manager which then allowed us to re-start our game at #1 tee. She was very accommodating....
Lesson - if you are not a member of that "dogfight group"; I suggest finding another time to play other than 7:30 am to 11:30 am on weekends.
Nice course and management, but....
Course is in good shape. Course is fun. Even comes with 2 nesting Hawks that might keep you company.
The management tries to accommodate as best they can.
If you get a tee time between 7:30 and 11:30, you might run into a rude group of senior aged rednecks (15-18 strong) that partake of a dogfight every weekend day ( don't know about weekdays). They play 2 rounds with the second starting between 10:30 and 11:30. Our tee time was set at 11:24 when this group of 6 carts jumped in front of us. They were very slow on the tee. This caused us to tee off 20 minutes later ... Not even as much as a thank you!
We followed them until the 5th hole when the woman of the group decided to drive back to the clubhouse. She drove her cart between myself and the hole I was playing- right across my fairway.
I told management, and they accommodated our request to start all over in order to get away from these rude people....
Great little par 60 executive
Only came across 2 tee boxes that were in bad shape. Fairways very plush and easy to play off of. The greens were absolutely beautiful, balls rolled straight and true to your line that you pick.
Great place to work on your game
The perfect place to work on your short game and not take four hours and the young lady in the clubhouse makes a great Bloody Mary!!
Short course
This is a beautiful short course. Great for concentrating on your short game. Conditions were that it had rained the night before and then again while we were playinh, which of course cannot be helped but several of the tee boxes are nearly bpid of any grass cover.
Worth the money
Need to change flag colors on greens to determine pin location.
Enjoyable course
I love going to Nature Walk; the course is not too difficult but challenging for me. The landscape is beautiful with all the flowering trees and the greens and cart paths are well maintained. The staff are very friendly and welcoming.
