Cabo San Lucas Country Club

I have played the course many times over the years, it is sadly in disrepair. 6 of 18 greens were un-playable. The driving range was a mess. The service was slow in the restaurant. We waited 45 minutes after 9 for takeout. There was NO cart service on the course either. It used to be fairly good value ,but for the cost over $200 us…forget it.

Solmar was amazing, Palmilla as well.

We have played most courses in Cabo and were very disappointed with this one.for the price ($260.00 Cdn.). The rental clubs were average and this was the first time we didn’t bring our own. The tee boxes were in good shape, the fairways fine but the greens were subpar. Most were bumpy and had slot of sand. Punched and full of sand and we were not informed. Overall an easy course to play. Staff were nice but we won’t be back - so many other courses to choose. Campestre, Cabo Real, Cabo del Sol, even Vidante was in better shape. Our favourites are Puerto Los Cabos and Quivera.

Fairways rough as well as greens. Not much grass under the ball

The course is not in the best area but you do get a view to the Arco and the layout of the course is nice.

Very friendly staff, great restaurant.

I recommend this course because you can get a deal and it’s affordable, unlike other courses in Cabo

Booked the tee time last minute. The practice facility used very old worn out mats and very worn out range balls. Course layout/conditions were average. Golf carts were 10-15 years old and well used. Staff was friendly but unorganized. Bought the food & beverage package thru golf now that included 10 beers per person, which was the only redemption for the day. Was not worth $220 compared to other Cabo courses.

Course was in terrible condition and the staff was not friendly at all. Practice range was full of flies and trash on the ground. Greens and fairways in awful conditions, worst value for a golf course I’ve played.

Fairways in horrible shape, dry and bare. Greens worse than the fairways. Not even close to being the worth a $200+ round of golf. Pace of play was fine but I'm sure it's because not many players on the course. Municipal courses for $50 a round are in far better shape. Bag staff was fine but not much to offer. Pro shop, items were clearly old (sunfaded) and overpriced. We were not offered the lunch option but heard they had it from another group. If you are an avid or average golfer this is not the place for you. If you want to drink a bunch of beers and hack around with your friends just to say u golfed at a county club in Cabo then cheers to you.

Starter was very officious and seemed unaware of possible alternatives to create a more pleasurable round.

We asked to be let out on hole 10 and we were accommodated.

We basically had the course to ourselves and were able to play in 3 hours as a twosome.

Golf course layout nice Greens undernourished too many brown spots. Outside bag staff great - Caesar very friendly and helpful. Bar staff very nice. Golf shop Check in : lady very unfriendly zero customer service skills !

Overpriced for what is offered sorry

Property in general run down I won’t be going back to the property But again Outside staff and Bar staff were great !!!

This course plays well if you play the appropriate tees.

It was my first time to play this course and it was truly enjoyable. Never missed a fairway.. as many are huge! Love that :). Water comes into play several times and nice layout of holes. Course was in really good condition as were greens. Some very scenic views from a few of the back 9 holes. Def play again course.

The layout is fun but rating from more forward tees are misleading! Gold tees total yards 5900 with slope 113 but several short par 3s allow the par 4s to still play at 360-390!!! Not fun hitting your wedge third shot into most of the par 4s!!!

Fairways in good condition and greens are fair … pretty bumpy but fast.

Staff are great but no food/beverage service on the course is a “miss.”

Enjoy it as a solid muni course that is way overpriced…but it is “high season!”

Course rate should be $50-$75. Extremely overpriced for quality of the course and amenities.

Enjoyed playing this course, but the greens on the front nine were filled with weeds making it difficult to navigate putts.

Hard course for a low-level player like me, but still enjoyable... better than a day at work! :)

Guess the developers quit spending money on upkeep. Conditions of the course remind me of $40 municipal courses back in Texas. Way over priced for what it is. Driving range looked like a goat pasture, fairways, greens, t boxes covered with crab grass and brown patches everywhere. For $155 (Hot tee time discount) normally $200+, I would highly recommend going anywhere else.
