About
Marina Vallarta Golf Club is known for its stunning tropical landscape that is home to an abundance of wildlife. Golfers have the opportunity to play amongst iguanas and alligators while enjoying scenic views of the Bay of Banderas. The course is blessed with a bevy of natural hazards including towering palm trees, lagoons, and waterfalls. Colorful tropical flowers and native vegetation further accent the landscape. In addition to the natural hazards, there are also a few strategically placed bunkers along the greensides. The golf course offers a challenging but fair test that is not overly demanding, which is probably for the best since it is easy to get distracted by the beautiful surroundings. Given its versatility and scenery, Marina Vallarta G.C. has become a popular venue for various golfing events, including the Governor's Cup Pro/Am Tournament.

Golf
The older lady at reception where we paid was very unfriendly. She should be working in the kitchen instead. The person who maintains the golf carts was f very friendly.
Had a great time, went back and played 2 more times on our holiday.

Nice practice area, had a good pace of play
Condition of play is good, but expensive.
A couple blind shot, and narrow faireway. Lost 3 balls (10hcp)

Book by calling proshop, you avoid golfnow fees
Great course and has so much potential. They need to spend some $ on the course. Great layout but they have let things go a bit. Mats to hit off at the range are not great but the price for twilight was only $65.00 USD. If they do spend money on the course it will be like every course in P.V. Very expensive!!!
Really enjoyed the coarse. We are moving here end of January so looking at being members.
Public Golf
Marina Vallarta has a great staff, nice pro-shop, and restaurant. The course layout and condition are mediocre. The greens are more similar to a closely mown fairway at times. Still, it’s a good value, especially given the high price of golf in PVR.
