About
Marina Vallarta Golf Club is known for its stunning tropical landscape that is home to an abundance of wildlife. Golfers have the opportunity to play amongst iguanas and alligators while enjoying scenic views of the Bay of Banderas. The course is blessed with a bevy of natural hazards including towering palm trees, lagoons, and waterfalls. Colorful tropical flowers and native vegetation further accent the landscape. In addition to the natural hazards, there are also a few strategically placed bunkers along the greensides. The golf course offers a challenging but fair test that is not overly demanding, which is probably for the best since it is easy to get distracted by the beautiful surroundings. Given its versatility and scenery, Marina Vallarta G.C. has become a popular venue for various golfing events, including the Governor's Cup Pro/Am Tournament.

This course is located close to downtown
First time playing this course and found it to be very enjoyable. Nice layout with multiple tee boxes for all levels of golfers. Would recommend this course be part of your Puerto Vallarta experience.
Go play Marina Vallarta
Course is in good shape. Pace was a bit slow as we were to be the first group off at 2:30 and wound up hitting 4th. Restaurant and pro shop were excellent. Great staff. Finished 18 with time to spare.
Croc alley
Fun course, plenty water and believe the warning signs about crocs! Greens in good condition.
Fun course great price
We booked a 1.50 tee time for $95 which is great value. We were worried if we would have time for 18 but the pace of play was fine and we finished in 4 hours. Course is tight due to some houses and water but overall good condition.
PV Marina Course
The course was in good shape, the staff mostly friendly however the pace of play was somewhat challenging this day. The starter or course marshal should have warned the group in front of us on the starting hole (#1) that their pace of play was taking to long, approximately 30 mins to play the first hole.
Discount and golf caddie
It was weird to be talking to your front desk staff about our Canadá Golf Card Discounts that actually list your golf course, and they did not have a clue of what that was about. Instead, one of them just said that it did not apply, which is not true.
We called the day before to book a caddie to join us, and we were confirmed by the front desk that we would have one. Instead, we ended up fighting for a caddie with another customer, a situation that was far from pleasant. There was a discrepancy for the caddie fee between the caddie and the front desk (the caddie being less) which we also found very suspicious.
Good golf near airport
Course was tight and played long, greens were in good shape, lots of water with crocodiles chilling around the edges, pins were pretty tucked when I played. Golf here is expensive, was priced average for the area it seems. Had to pay $44 for my wife to ride along with me in a cart I already paid for, pretty lame. Would still probably play again but I preferred the Vista Vallarta course.
Great spot for golf
Course was in good shape. Friendly staff and always welcoming from start to finish. Play this course every time I visit!
