Marina Vallarta Golf Club

The course has gotten better since being bought out. Pretty good shape but traps need a better sand. They use beach sand and is real course and heavy. Overall very good layout.

Like women, where a 10 is rare, so is the course that rates a 5 out of 5.

Really nice course. We teed off at 2:20pm and the rate was $95. Well worth it at that price point. Early rounds are $245 ish. At that price point it is way overpriced.

Enjoyed our afternoon greatly.

Course was better than I expected, lots of water and sand. Greens were in fantastic shape.

Overall I really enjoy playing Marina Vallarta,

but for the first time they attempted to charge

me for hitting a few balls after my round. After

paying $198 for my round I found this very

annoying.

Extremely nice course with great conditions, coconut palms, and crocodiles. Also a great amount of water and many tropical birds. Check in was quick and simple in a very attractive pro shop.

My wife and I truly enjoy playing this course.

Greens were much improved from last visit. Fairways are patchy.

Had fun and nice layout !

Starting with the tea boxes, you could barely put your tea into the ground to hold your ball. It was so hard. The fairways were full of dead spots the greens weren’t that bad. The club rentals were the worst set of clubs I’ve ever rented in my life last time I played there. The club rentals were new and nice and in good shape my putter didn’t even barely have a grip on it. It was so worn out.

Course layout was good. Tee boxes were worn. They needed to be moved more often. Greens were smooth and rolled well. Very good speed. Fairways needed to have additional seeding done. Had to roll ball at times to find better grass. Areas around course could use cleanup. Very nice driving range. Beverage cart gal was very nice. Food in clubhouse was excellent. Played in the afternoon for $95.00. Course is not worth paying any more.

The Marina Vallarta course is well located in the Marina area and easy to get to. Fairways are narrow and you have to play with precision. There are crocodiles lying around on most water holes and one has to be careful not to get to close. Good value for money and a nice challenge.

Played several times, decent layout some fun holes, one par 3 by the beach, lots of crocodiles and iguanas. The fairways can be patchy but the greens are very good and on the fast side. Starter got us out an hour early, lots of beverage girl visits, course marshals very friendly. I would say $125 US would be a good price for a 9:00 time, we paid $140 using my GolfNow member app versus $170
