Repairs are coming along
I played the course a month ago and there were large sections of ground under repair but those are getting a little closer to being completely repaired. I love the course overall
Shape of course
Would have been nice to know the shape of the course before I paid to play there. I understand things happen , but don’t think I should find out after I paid. Put it on the website or have signs out. Discount the rate. Shouldn’t pay full price if the golf course is not 100%
Course with great potential.
Took my son to play this course for the first time. The course was in very poor condition in every aspect. However, for $35 per person, I found value. It was great time spent outside, and even though the course was in very bad shape, you aren't going to find anywhere to pay $35. Staff was very friendly and let us know the conditions beforehand.
The course is great when it is in better condition
Enjoy playing this course but at the time of this review the course conditions are not great/ terrible. Most of the fairways have many piles of dirt from T-box to the green. Not sure if it's a lot of run off from all the recent rains but it's just not great right now.
Yes the course is undergoing work to repair areas in fairways. The greens were aerified recently as any good golf course does annually. The course is still challenging and fun. The staff is welcoming and friendly.
Horrible Course, Terrible Staff
Absolutely horrible experience. Course was in terrible condition. Greens were aerated and sanded. Fairways completely under construction. They deliberately failed to tell us when we booked our tee time that the course was torn up. Offered no discount whatsoever and the old guy in the pro shop was rude as could be. Even on a good day the Course is not worth it. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
Rehab course
The course has many hole under heavy rehab. Dirt in fairways greens punched and sanded Poor conditions as of now. This summer it should be back to top shape.
Worst conditions in my 60+ years of golf
Not a word from Golf Now or the course about major renovations going on at the venue. Management nor owner were even apologetic about conditions. Took my boss and two friends out for what I thought was going to be a nice track, never been more embarrassed as a host. All I can say is stay away from this place.
Course is cool but..,.
The course layout is cool, but they are working on the fairways, and they were horrible! Muddy as all get out, the ball will get stuck in the mud. Not worth $65 a round. If they are working on that, they should have a cheaper price until they fix the fairways. Overall, the place was nice, the hotdogs were good, and the staff was friendly. Just the fairways have seen better days.
Course was under repair
There was plenty of spots being repaired around the course but it was still very playable and a good value. I’ll definitely be back
Fairway
The fairways were a work in progress with several area on each hole with recent work and dirt turned over for sprigging. Cut down on distance quite a bit if you hit into these areas
Horrible Conditions
I paid $65 for 1/3 of the course being re-sodded. Dirt and mud everywhere because of it, and ball would get stuck at landing point if it hit dirt on fairway. Should’ve been a $25 round.
Never Again
Booked a round for my boss and a couple friends on Good Friday. Wanted to play a good course. $70 a round with no warning that the majority of the course was underrepair. Every single hole was affected and not one word about the unplayability of the course. Spoke to the owner about the problem and not only was he completely unsympathetic, but he was a jerk about it on top of that.
Poor conditions
The entire course was being replanted with sod with no notice of it. Mud and dirt everywhere on about 40% of the course. Made balls stop mid way on the fairway.
Cow pasture
The course is to horrible they should let you play for free. I’d be what a waste of time and money it was today.
