Greens continue to improve, recent aerification should get things headed in the right direction for fall and winter. Noticable improvement in course conditions compared to previous year.
Staff is great, nicely stocked pro shop.
Love this course!
Courses in really good shape except whole number 10 the Fairway is pretty patchy, but it’s not really in the way. I guess the only thing that is a little downer is that if it rains a lot it really takes a long time to drain that course. Other than that, it’s great! I’ve probably played there seven or eight times, it had just been probably close to two years since I had played there.
Very good, however.....
I really like the layout of this course and how the greens play. They are good sized greens with lots of challenging break. However, the overall condition of the course was not great. Some of the greens had some really rough spots, although overall the greens were good. The fairways are spotty as well.
Great course and Great people who work here. First time playing here but will definitely be coming back!
Terrible conditions
I’ve played this course many times in the past and this is the worst conditions I’ve seen it in. The price to play is way over valued in relation to the current conditions. Bare fairways with patchy greens. Bunkers with very little sand with hard pan under it. It is not worth +$60. It was at one time, but not currently.
Course not in great condition, would have appreciated a notification when booking round.
Course contiues to improve, greens are really rolling well!
Fun yet challenging
This was my 2nd time to play this course and I really enjoyed it both times. The course is not too difficult but is challenging. The greens are the most challenging. They are fast with a lot of breaking putts but they’re in good shape and roll true. I will definitely be back to play again
Greens are really starting to turn the corner! Smooth, rolling true. A few more spots to grow in, but the effort to get them shaped up is obvious. New carts are nice as well! Definitely headed in the right direction.
Revitalized Annetta Course
According to the helpful guy at the proshop, the course is under new management and money is being spent on improving the course conditions. There are some bare spots in the fairway and a few greens have bare spots. In both cases, the greens had been treated with seeding, so they are working on the course.
The grass was cut perfect and the greens ran about average for Texas pre-summer pace. There was plenty of cold water available in roughly 6 coolers throughout the course.
You could easily be picky, but they have priced the course accordingly. It's a tough course with several memorable layouts.
Awful Experience
Genuinely the worst golf experience I’ve ever had. There was a group of 6 and a group of 8 in front of me that wouldn’t allow me to play through. The course isn’t in good shape. Overall terrible experience.
Nice track
A few of the greens need some work very nice course overall
Goat Track
This place is in horrible shape. If this was the last place on earth to play golf, I’d take up crocheting. I gave the pace of play 5 stars only because there’s nobody out there playing it due to the condition it’s in. They spent money remodeling the clubhouse instead of keeping the course in good shape. Can’t wait for new management to take over and make it as nice as it once was
Split rail
Played this course a long time ago when I was a teenager and it was a great course in great condition. Played it for the first time in probably 15 years and it may be the worst course I have ever actually played on in my life. Every fairways was more dirt than actual grass. The greens were thick, slow and patchy. Could be a good course but very very poorly kept up with.
Don’t think that they have a grounds crew
Every fairway was abysmal. Even if all of our rain the past month it was by far the worst course I’ve played in the metroplex.
