Eagle Lakes Golf Club

Front nine was a little ragged, the back nine was in better shape. Wish you had distances from tee to hazards. Challenging course overall!

This course is over priced. Lots of weeds in the rough. Greens were acceptable and speed was good. Pace of play was very slow. Would have been ok for half the price.

If I could give this course negative stars, I would. This course should pay you to play. This course spent 2 million dollars on their club house and it seems like $20 on the course. The course is hard as a rock, but the entire course is surrounded by water. Tee boxes are terrible, Fairways are awful. Greens are decent. The only cool part about this course is the wildlife (gators and birds). I'm a USGA 2 handicap and I almost walked off the course after the 2nd hole. If anyone is a somewhat decent golfer, don't waste your money!!

The course was wonderful. Challenging without being too difficult. The highlight was the GM, pro shop and bag staff. You truly felt like you were at a private club! We would play their again.

Place is an absolute dump. Tee boxes are just unmowed overgrown patches of grass. Fairways covered in crab grass and under watered. Only decent part of the place is the greens roll very turn and are quick.

Personnel were very friendly!

Too expensive for this course

Greens haven’t been aerated for months hence hard like a rock. Weeds everywhere. Bunkers in very poor condition . How can they charge $130a round? Disgusting and sad management is taking us for a ride in high season!

Please don’t waste your money and spend few more $$ for a decent experience some where else!

It's unfortunate because this course has a lot of potential but pay $109 to play a course that is in such terrible shape was highway robbery. The highlight of our round was seeing a 9ft alligator cross the fairway we were on.....so that should tell you something.

My wife and I brought another couple to play Eagle Lake having never played there ourselves but receiving weekly newsletters from them. It sounded very nice and we thought we had to give it a try. It cost each couple $281 to play on a course that isn’t worth $100. Tee boxes were patchy with weeds and bald spots, fairways were bare and dry and the greens were slower than any place I’ve played this year. Including some very inexpensive par 54 & 60 courses. I feel cheated and deceived by their advertising.

Today I unsubscribed from the emails and will NEVER go back to Eagle Lakes.

Eagle Lakes ownership should be ashamed of itself.

Staff very friendly and pace was not horrible. Greens fees low for Naples area. Course was very poor. Tee boxes were all long crab grass. Fairways were like a parking lot, with lots of dirt patches. Not much grass around greens. Greens were like shag carpet. Course set up to walk so do that to at least get some exercise. Fine place if you just want to walk around and take a few swings or if you are a complete beginner. Stay away I if you are at all serious about playing golf.

No ranger, slow play, no drinking water on the course gand not worth the money. But the people were all very friendly and helpful.
