I booked this tee time with Golf Now, it said 90% rule when i got there it was only cart path only, I know that the course could get wet, but at 10:56 it was fine and a 90 % rule would have been fine especially that I had gotten a very good price, I'm a 16 handy cap so my shots aren't way off but this day they were maybe the heat maybe me but if the cart path was on the right my ball was on the left that a lot of walking for an 80 year old. I only played 5 holds and call it a day. I can't blame the pro shop they only follow orders from the superintendent my problem is with GOLF Now when I called, I spoke to a woman with a pleasant accent I explain that iI had no idea that it was cart path only she seemed to not know what care path only is? and question me if I had to walk! I tried to explain again but to no avail she offered on help. I have been a customer of Golf Now for many years, and it's sad to see this company cutting corners like many others especially with their agents. this is the first time that I was not satisfied with the people that are entrusted with customer satisfaction. Have played here before and normally like it as a player friendly layout. I know it is summer but greens were sooo slow, sandy and beat up this past weekend. The fairways also had some rough patches.

Chalking it up to the off season summer blues vs the course no longer being worth the drive to play.

Played this course with my 7 year old son. The Pro very kindly gave us a discount as he knew my son would only hit a couple of putts and chips. Course was wet due to some overnight rain but we enjoyed the outing. Very reasonably priced and pace of play was excellent.

Eagle Lakes is a nice course and layout. The grounds need some attention to detail and it could be much nicer. There are many areas with weeds, untrimmed grass, and just a visual lack of maintenance or care. The staff is nice and attentive, more effort needs to be placed into its appearance and up keep. Despite the ugliness, it’s one of the few public courses in Naples and remains a reasonable place to play if the price is right.

In season this place has 300 rounds/day. $2 million dollars. Not one red cent put back into the course. A weed whacker, a stone walking path here and there would do wonders.

Third time playing here. It has always been end of July during raining season so every time it has been cart path only. Course was drenched and very wet but I expected that due to weather and the course location. Staff is very professional and friendly. One suggestion is to try to complete the concrete cart path around the holes. That should help prevent more damage to the course on areas with no cart path when is super wet.

I was scheduled for an 8:06 tee time while on vacation in Marco Island and was very excited to play this course because of its layout and true FL swamp features. Unfortunately, when we arrived the course was empty, looked like everything was still under construction and it took us a while to get someone on the phone. Once we finally reached someone, we were told the course was closed due to the rain storms the day before. I advised the gentleman that we did not receive a call, email or text, letting us know of the situation. I then asked what would happen with my greens fees which were paid almost a month in advance, and the reply was, “well, we can give you a rain check”. I explained that we were on vacation and only had limited time allocated for our round and would not be able to come back for our rain check and I got a response of, silence on the line. I called back the next morning to attempt to get a refund for our cancelled round and again was offered a rain check. Bottom line is, customer service is terrible, we should’ve been issued a refund being that we were visitors from out of town and most importantly, a staff member should have made an attempt to call the folks who had scheduled AND PAID FOR, tee times and advise of the situation. Overall the course looked beautiful and I wish we would’ve played but unfortunately we will not be returning to this course due to the awful customer service we received. There are many other courses in the area to consider if you’re visiting from out of town. We ended up playing at Lely Resort Golf Club and I highly recommend trying them out!

Had a blast playing this course. Only gave 4 stars for wet conditions, but what can you do rains here in the summer. We will be back!

I’ll begin by saying that I’m new to the game of golf as I’ve only been playing for two years. I love it and I try to go out at least a couple of times a month. I dislike giving unfavorable reviews, but truth be told this course has not been maintained well. Grass was very patchy and weedy. Lots of water, many times on both sides of the fairway, making losing balls common place. I’ve been trying different courses and this one was the buggiest by far, even in the summer heat of the day. Overall I’ve had better experiences everywhere else, although I did achieve my very first birdie here. Woohoo

Course had very spotty fairway grass. Lots of bare areas and bad grass. Greens were punched but OK.
