About
Quail Village Golf Club is part of a quiet residential community that is conveniently situated just minutes from Naples' beaches, shops, and restaurants. The 18-hole course is the centerpiece of the community. The golf course originally opened in 1985 but has seen some major changes since it first opened its doors. Gordon Lewis oversaw a complete transformation of the course that has made it more challenging yet still playable. The layout has an interesting variety of holes that consist of three par 5s, nine par 4s, and six par 3s. The terrain has a few subtle undulations but overall it is mostly flat, making it an enjoyable course for walkers. It's is not the most formidable test you'll find in the area but Quail Village G.C. offers a fun, casual round of golf and you're almost always guaranteed a tee time.

This course is over priced for the money they need to offer in state price during the busy season. Pace of play needs to be improved.
What a gem!
This course is short but has lots of character! only took 3 hrs 25 min to play and was challenging but not overwhelming! The outside bar after the round was lovely 😊 Fish tacos a must. Get the grouper blackened! Great course will return next year! Make sure it’s Quail Village not Run! We made that mistake Friday. Wanted to play it again and unbeknownst to us there are 3 Quail courses!!!
Short but challenging
While the course is short (about 5000 yards from the blue tees), the layout places a premium on accuracy. The fairways are generally tight with well placed water, trees and bunkers. The pace of play was pretty quick, 3 hours 10 minutes. Some tee shots require a lot of carry to clear water. But generally a fun course to play. Need to be careful on approach shots not to overhit the greens because most don’t have much room behind. Better to be a bit short. Also like most FL courses there’s not thick grass at the fringes of the greens so you get a lot of rolling off the putting surface.
Nice course, Pricey in comparison to longer courses
The staff was very attentive and friendly. we played from the tips (<5,000 yds) which was fine with me for the first time out for the year. Conditions were very good.
Extreme wind
Wind was so strong that it made little sense to play
Nice public course
Quail Village is one of the few public courses in Naples that is a fair (not great) value. The course was in good condition when we played in mid March.
The course is moderate length and difficulty. The first four holes are very narrow and odd, but the back nine has many appealing, longer holes.
The staff has always been very friendly, and the clubhouse restaurant is quite good. We were given Golf Now drink coupons last time we played, and enjoyed an excellent margarita.
In all, we like Quail Village and plan to play it again.
