Worth the drive!
Wow, what a course. Great condition, fun layout, friendly staff. Can’t say enough about this place. It’s worth the drive!
Best course around
Squaw Valley Lakes was impeccable! Perfect conditions. Fairways awesome. Greens tremendous. Played on a hot deal from golf now and felt like I had stole it!
Still Awesome!
My favorite course in the DFW area. I often drive the 45 minutes one way from Ft Worth to play this challenging, enjoyable layout. Great conditions; friendly staff.
a real challenge
One of my favorite courses...even in windy conditions.
Course was really in good shape, and greens were in mid-season form. Not a lot of players that day, so we got around in 3 hours 40 minutes including a couple of lost ball searches. I used every club in my bag which I cannot say for so many other courses.
Avoid Bunkers
The course in general was in good shape. The greens rolled true and held irons. The bad - the sand traps were bad. Some appear to be under construction, some unplayable, and the rest inconsistent.
Fun to play
This course has many mounds that lead ball bouncing unexpected direction.
That could be challenging but It is fun to me.
Great course.
Squaw Valley is worth the drive. But it is a major drive from any major metropolitan area. So factor that into your decision to play there. Otherwise the staff is super. The course is awesome. The greens have a little crab grass problem but they still put well
Pleasant experience!
Great time
Play this course once before and I enjoyed it then and I enjoyed it again the second time I've played the front course and I'm getting ready to play the back course next time cuz I heard it's a very good course so far I will definitely go back especially with the great deals from GolfNow and ideal golf
Great course - needs some TLC
I always enjoy playing Squaw Valley whether it’s the original links 18 or the Comanche Lakes course, which we played this day. The course was not as pristine as it has been in the past due to weed encroachment in the fairways and starting to affect the greens. Nonetheless I still rate it a 9 out of 10 and the practice areas are a 10 for sure. Great place at a fair price!
Windy and our group played very slow
The greens were excellent, but the fairways have not gotten over the winter months as yet.
Great Course
We played Comanche Lakes. The course was in great shape. The green were fantastic. I would recommend this course to anyone.
Both Golf Courses
Friendly staff. Worth the 45 min drive from Fort Worth to play a great golf course.
